The staff was very pleasant The hotel wasn’t good at all- we didn’t have hot water in the shower (first day we switched to a different room and in the other days it was a struggle), sheets and towels were dirty, laundry came back not clean at all, had stains on the floor. Very very disappointing, waste of time and money

The location, the rooms have balconies, easy 7 minute walk to night market and they offer scooter rentals! The room had mould

The location is walking distance to the walking street, nice atmosphere and nice staff. The breakfast is always the same everyday.

The pool has the most uncomfortable sun beds, it's impossible to lie on your back. The wifi is not as good as I was hoping for. OK for simple tasks but too slow if you need to upload and download heavier files.

The only thing good about this accommodation was the location. The room I stayed in had mold all over the walls and a bad smell. The bathroom ceiling leaked a significant amount of water from the shower above. When I asked to change rooms, I was told to come back the next day when the manager was available. The breakfast was very basic and the food was cold.

Clean and not to far from center of town

Good location and good, helpful staff We stayed for 5 nights and had a room with a horrible smell of mold for the first 3 but afterwards the staff managed to get us another one (we had to insist a lot). Smell of mold in our room that wouldn't go away, and a poor hot water output in the shower, along with the fact that the shower completely flooda the bathroom because of how it's built.

The hotel’s location was good and its biggest advantage. It’s surrounded by beautiful scenery that made an impression on me. Another positive point was the staff – they were extremely friendly and kind, always trying to be helpful, which I appreciated. Most of the guests were quite noisy, making it hard to relax. One of the biggest issues for me was the lack of hot water in the showers – I understand this might be common in Pai, but it was still difficult to manage, especially in the cold evenings. On top of that, the room had no heating, so I couldn’t warm up at night, and it made my stay uncomfortable enough to cut my trip short by a day. The condition of the rooms also left much to be desired. While they appeared clean, they weren’t in good shape – there were visible scratches and even mold on the walls. Overall, while the staff and the location were great, I didn’t feel that the hotel was worth the money I paid.

Large clean rooms, quiet at night, walking distance to town & market. Breakfast was disappointing both in choices & quality. Food warming equipment didn’t keep hot items warm.

The breakfast basic but good. The location is a bit quieter because it is further from the walking street. The location is a bit far from the walking street - not bad but important to know. The water pressure in the shower was a bit too low. I did have hot water but a weakish stream - you can have an ok shower with this.

The location was perfect and the room size was excellent I couldn’t get hot water and I found the bathroom to be too small and the shower flooded the floor

Good location, short walk to the center. Nice breakfast and great swimming pool. Specious room with an awesome balcony. The bathroom felt like that in a mid level guesthouse. A bit moldy, inconsistent water stream and difficult to control temperature. Price felt a bit high compared to what else is out there in town. If you don’t care much for a bathroom, this is a 10/10.

The room we got was small and the shower were rusty. Antes and other creatures got into the room. We complained and they upgraded us to a better room
