It was by the beach and had a swimming pool. The location - It was far from everything, it took me about an hour to walk to Paestum ruins and the main reason I booked this hotel was to go there. The reception staff told me it’s half an hour walk. She could have informed me that they rent bicycles so I could have cycled, but instead I ended up walking there on a busy road! The next day I needed a lift to the train station in Agropoli which is about 10 drive but they charge €15 for a taxi! There is no shuttle bus! Luckily I managed to negotiate it down to €8 as I was solo. Also I couldn’t use the safe, I followed the instructions but it had an alarm on for a while. I wanted to call someone but there was no phone number for reception! Luckily it stopped making noise after a few minutes! My room had no view at all, I was overlooking some market with empty stalls.
