The breakfast was really delicious! They had sweet cakes/breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, fruit juices, coffee, tea, cheeses, proscuitto, eggs fixed to order, and jams. While there are places we could have eaten nearby, we loved the breakfast so much the first morning, that we had it the remainder of our stay. Be sure to check out the garden while you are there. It is amazing! Unfortunately, there was a heat wave while we were there, and it was difficult to keep the rooms cool, but we figured it out and did just fine. We spent most of our daylight hours walking around and exploring the city and sights anyway.

Historic and stately option in the heart of Padova and the rooms are beautiful. Luca was especially helpful and friendly in assisting us with arrangements for our car in the hotel's courtyard as well as in providing recommendations on Padova's many historical sights and squares. The palazzo is extremely convenient for a visit to the Scrovegni Chapel, which was our primary objective. Very good communications via WhatsApp about specific arrangements as we got closer to our stay. Nothing.

Breakfast was delicious, modest but everything was well prepared. They offer fresh cooked eggs in addition to a buffet spread. The staff was very responsive. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful; the receptionist, while only present in limited hours spoke excellent English and assisted with getting taxis and making sure we understood how to exit the property very early on the day of our departure. There was a small garden open during the day The room lighting could be better. The curtains and drapes were difficult to open and close.

What a gem in Padua! Totally unexpected as you enter from the piazza. Palazzo Mantua Benavides is gorgeous, peaceful and safe. Loved the room. Wonderful grounds and garden. Staff is excellent. N/A

Staying here felt like stepping into history—the salon-like rooms were surprisingly large , comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel is very well-located close to Padova’s many historical sites yet quiet and peaceful. It is also conveniently close to the Venice airport. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Location was excellent. Loved the history. Room size was larger than expected. Bed was very comfortable. Need blind over bathroom window as the apartments across look into the shower. We hung a towel which worked.

We enjoyed our space with two rooms right near the Scrovegni Chapel. It was also close to several restaurants that we enjoyed. But one thing for which I will always be grateful is that on the day of our departure, when the taxi did not arrive to take us the the train station as scheduled, the manager woke up and arrived to check on its arrival. There is no doubt that without her intervention, we would have missed our flight. I highly recommend Palazzo Mantua Benavides.

What fun to stay on a palazzo around the corner to the Scrovegni Chapel with a statue of Hercules! Our rooms were commodious and comfortable. The gardens are lovely. Nothing.

We had a nice suite opening into the the courtyard. We enjoyed setting there and in the garden. The hotel was a short walk from the train station and right in the central part of the city near the sites. Peaceful night of sleep on a comfortable bed.

Our stay there was exceptional, the food, the location, the amenities, the atmosphere and not forgetting the staff were incredible went way beyond their responsibilities to assist and make us feel welcomed. A big Thank you to the team there all were amazing ?

Palatial living in a central location. Fabulous preservation of history. Great staff. Breakfast was delicious, varied and kept me going until dinner.

Beautiful spacious suite with incredibly comfortable bed. Location is fantastic literally around the corner from Scrovegni chapel. Car parking area as well which is a premium in central Padua. We loved it.

Was overall lovely and would recommend, only issues was the heating kept setting itself at 20c and the AC units would flash brightly at night
