This hotel was amazing! We like everything of it , also the SPA which was a big plus after all day walking around the city. Very good Breakfast and amazing nice and helpful people at the reception. We really enjoyed it and we will be back again for sure! All was perfect!

Very well located, attentive staff, rooms are large and comfortable, very clean, delicious breakfast The arrival is through a very run down hall, receptio is at another floor, but this are small details. Overall it was an excellent stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great. Close to everything. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel is very clean. The air-conditioning works great. Very hot days, no problem keeping the room cool. The room is a little bit noisy in the daytime, but it is quieter at night. The gym is a bit small. These are nitpicking details. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location is absolutely perfect. Breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were very polite, although some of them had limited English skills, which made communication a bit challenging at times The room should be maintained; the walls definitely need a fresh coat of paint and the curtains need a thorough wash. The bathroom is quite dark. Additionally, there was some dust on the first day, although the cleanliness improved significantly afterwards.

In the old part of Padua, lovely restored older building. Nice breakfast, helpful staff. Left watch and went back a couple of hours later and they had it for me. Being in a restricted vehicle zone, parking is an issue. Their garage is open from 8am to 8pm. I arrived after 8pm due to flight delay. They were helpful but it was complicated to park my vehicle.

DREAM location - everything a walk away. Spa every day! Lovely breakfast. We had our cat with us and he was treated so well. I liked knowing the time when room cleaning was happening. Great restaurant recommendations … the (something) Falconiere restaurant had unique meat finished table side with great pasta and dessert). But the best of the best here are the people. Everyone is outstanding but Chiara and Omamea even stepped up beyond the personal excellence of all. They were helpful with the usual and extraordinary requests, like early arrival with a cat navigating road construction. We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary here … we did not mention it but were treated like royalty. Everyone, every time here is treated well I believe. We will be back!
