Attentive staff, with 24h front desk and (very) late check in possible, clean, quiet, well furnished, private parking (in the hotel back yard, video surveillance and behind a gate during night), comfy beds. At the edge of the old historic town core, so you can walk right into it. They let us leave the car at the parking for the rest of the (check out) day.

Parking is not inclyded, it is matter of possibility, no space for all guests.

Nice room with good sized double bed. Complementary water bottles were provided accompanied by a personalized welcome note which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although on walking distance from the town center it is in a more quiet are. There are some age worn details in the room that need repairing and the bathroom feels like it needs a urgent upgrade. Too bad the look of the room does not continue into the bathroom and it clashes a bit color wise. I assume that my room is probably on the to-do list to be updated soon.

Location and parking were excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms furnishing were dated and a bit ragged. The bed was the hardest mattress I've ever slept on in my life. We booked two rooms. In the jr. suite there was some type of water leak on the floors that reappeared after cleaning it up with towels. No idea where it came from. It was in the main room. It did rain that day but puddles were not near windows. The outlets did not work in jr suite and the handheld shower spray did not work. The holder for the handheld spray in the regular room was busted but we did not try to use it so I can say it if worked. Overall, the rooms were in such poor condition for the price that I would not recommend a stay here. It's too bad as the location and parking are great. Staff was good too. Breakfast was okay. Bacon was completely raw which was odd.

The room was also nice and clean We only had the bedside electric outlet on one side of the bed.

Excellent location, handy, secure, free parking at the rear of hotel. EuroSpar supermarket with tons of lovely Italian food just 5 mins walk away. Marvellous breakfast - huge selection (with hot eggs?/bacon ?). All good.

The hotel is located 10min from the city center, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff were absolutely lovely. The mattress was new and extremely comfortable. HOWEVER, the bathroom in our room was full of mold, you could smell it and see it all over the bathroom. It was so bad in the bathtub that we decided to skip the shower that day. It has free parking and the breakfast is great.

This hotel is lovely and very close to the city centre. Only 25 mins walk to bus and train station. The rooms are very spacious and clean and staff is very helpful. (We also loved the terrace). We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast is also nice. They have good sauna. We took spa ritual for couple but definitely not worth the money. Massage was bad and jacuzzi was cold. We left a bag and they kept it until we came back to take it but unfortunately some things from inside were missing. Very sad they looked in the bag and took what they wanted.
