The pool was closed the whole weekend. The staff and breakfast was good.

For a Hilton property, the vegetarian offerings were shockingly poor. Basic items like baked beans were missing, and there was no oat milk for tea or coffee. The excuse provided was weak and did not justify the brand's failure to cater to dietary basics.

Great stay clean and helpful staff

If it wasn’t for that it would have been perfect. The room was spacious, clean and had a great view ( studio king). The pool was clean and quiet. Front desk attendant was helpful ( lent me a hotel umbrella).

My reservation was from Saturday August 8 2026 to Monday August 10 2026 and I had to leave early due to a family emergency so I checked out on Sunday August 09 2026. I asked was the hotel staff if I could they could refund or credit me a nights stay and was told I would have to go through Expedia and wait until Monday since there were no hotel managers on site at present. I did as they instructed to only be told by Expedia that the hotel would do either. I do not think that was good customer service and definitely not what I would think an establishment would do in order to keep a returning customer. I was highly disappointed and upset.

Nice property with a reasonable price and good location

The cleaning lady asked me when I walked out of my room at 8:45, if I would be out in 20mins, so she could clean the room for the next guest. Very inappropriate. Would not recommend

I was really impressed by this hotel. My room was huge and very clean. The bed was amazingly comfy! Was perfectly situated for a conference I was attending at the Gaylord. Free breakfast was handy and desk staff were fab. Would recommend!

Pool wasn’t working. That was the sole purpose of booking there. For the indoor pool. Room was a nice size

The location was great; breakfast was good with a few options. The front desk staff could have been more friendly. The quality of the towels were poor, great for scratching your back.

Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious ! Great extra accommodation for the property.

It was a lovely stay staff was cool

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with scrambled eggs, potatoes, salsa, sausage, oatmeal, bread, juice, fresh fruit, waffles, tea, and coffee. The hotel also had a water fountain where guests could refill their bottles, although complimentary bottled water was not provided.

Staff were so kind and helpful. We love this place for our vacation.
