It had a lot of places near by No one at the front desk spoke English except one man on duty the last day. If you asked them a question, they could not help you. First room was not good; bed against the wall. We had to pay for an upgrade.

Staff were great. Good location near subway station and Osaka castle. Spa had good facilities (thermal bath, sauna, rest area etc). Upon check in, we were told that there would be maintenance carried out during our 2nd night's stay meaning no power (no hot water, air con, wifi etc) between 9pm & 6am. A hotel at that price with no power isn't really acceptable! Staff were very helpful in allowing us to cancel the booking for this night but this information should have been provided in advance.

The onsen was great the staff provided tattoo cover so I could still enjoy the baths.

This property was so nice. We had the 2 triplet rooms for our family of 6. They had all amenities, water, slippers, and even pajamas for us. I did not take advantage of the onsen but will plan on it next time! It was right off the train station through a covered bridge, so it was very convenient. We were coming from Kyoto so taking the train was easy. The 7-11 was around the corner. I think this was in a business center so we had to take the train to the busy Osaka central area for shopping. It was kind of far away from rom the central shopping area but that’s okay, it was right next to a train station.

The onset and breakfast is the most memorable.

The amenities have improved significantly since my last stay in 2014. In particular, I love the expanded bathing facilities and lounge areas. Around the property, food options have improved significantly in scope and price. You'll need to hit the streets to see a lot of them. After all this time the trip to the hotel is as unforgiving as ever. I feel as though the directions getting to the site could be made clearer. My pet peeve is the insistence of using some stations over others. Despite popular opinion, the best drop off point for this hotel is Osaka Business Park on the JR line. Not Kyobashi station of the same line.

Good location, just 3-4 min to JR line and metro. Hot spring was superb after busy day. Breakfast was good and they offer snaks or ice-cream to go.

Great location to visit the Osaka castle.

The room was very comfortable . Walking distance from the station. Very helpful in guiding us how to get to the hotel from the airport. Luggage storage provided for free. The onsen was amazing and free! People with tattoos unfortunately you cannot enter. There is convenient store at the basement. They even have a church on one of the floors. Not a chapel but a church . Haven’t seen that anywhere but guessing it’s more of a wedding venue rather than a place of worship :) Nothing
