⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful family stay! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort! It was everything we needed for a fun and comfortable family getaway and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, helpful, and very informative. Everyone we encountered made us feel welcomed and was willing to answer questions or help us navigate the resort. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated how much there was for families to enjoy without even having to leave the resort. The pools, activities, dining options, and overall atmosphere made the entire stay feel like part of our Universal experience rather than simply staying at a hotel. We also really enjoyed the food and breakfast options. Traveling with a toddler can sometimes be a lot, but having so many convenient amenities and family-friendly options made our stay much easier and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and made some beautiful family memories here. We would absolutely stay at Cabana Bay again and recommend it to other families visiting the Universal Orlando area. ❤️ Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Perfect location, right next to Volcano Bay. Loved the lazy river. Great Energy and music. (It was a vibe). Meals were reasonably priced. The hot tub stayed overcrowded. So we never had the opportunity to get in.

Location and value for money. We had to ask to have our room cleaned, and if we didn’t ask they didn’t clean.

The best hotel for vacation in Orlando and perfect for the kids.

This place is truly beautiful and so comfortable. My family cherished every single moment we spent here, and we're already looking forward coming back soon. The girl that checked me in Jas went way and beyond to make it more pleasant for my family because she moved my room which was far from the waterslide we originally booked to a family suite at no expense just so my grandson would be closer. I will forever be grateful. Someone needs to move her to a supervisor or manager because she definitely deserves it 100%.

Great place to stay with kids. Housekeeping refreshed my room everyday. The food was ok, but not worth the money they charged. You must have a rental car, there’s a lot of things to d around. restaurant and fast food if you don’t want to dine in, 3-4 miles away. Volcano bay water park is a walking distance, shuttle buses to Universal Studios. Overhauled, we had a great time. We will return.
