The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando

Everything was great,its just I took my kids for the water park to see how it would be,but we choose to stay there because of the water park but it opens at 10 am and closes at 6pm...we check in at 5pm,even though it was 4pm check in, so therefore the water park was close the kids was upset but hey I learn 1 day staying with you'll dont work for the water park. P.S. explain this in your advertisement to first time customers,thanks. (Also water was not to hot) Other than my kids not going to the water park...everything else was great.

This place is always amazing when we visit once a year. Always friendly staff. Very clean. The water park is always fully staffed. The grounds are well kept. Great location. No complaints.

Perfect location to all Disney parks. The only thing that we did not like was the elevator situation. I would totally stay here again, but I’d have to be on the ground floor. There should have been multiple elevators installed when building.

Loved the resort! But also my taxi driver. He drove a grey mini van! Perfect rate and got us to every location safe.

Was spacious We never got to use the park it was closed everytime because of the weather the trip was a waste because that’s why we came had we know u close we would have chosen another hotel wasted money and time won’t be back

It looks very pretty by the outside and the rooms are pretty and comfortable, but it needs a lot of attention I never saw security nowhere. That place is huge. Did not find the hallway safe for women alone to be around there.

The water park The apartment was not ready, it only had 2 towels and not enough sheets for the sofa bed

That the property had so much to do and was family friendly and had things for just the adults to do as well. The prices were a bit much for the food and that your tip was already included even if the service was not great.

Some unfriendly staff, broken tiles around the pool especially at the children’s splash pad, divit holes at the bottom of the pool with crumbles on the pool floor, rubber wall base falling off, tears in the hall carpet, moldy balcony furniture, room dryer left clothes smelling like urine.

We were also told that we would have to pay extra if we wanted our room cleaned, which I do not expect when staying at a resort. We asked for extra pillows because some of us cannot sleep completely flat, and it took three nights before we finally received them. When our room was eventually cleaned, the staff took our beach towels but did not leave any clean ones to replace them. We tried calling the front desk several times for assistance, but many of our calls were simply ignored. The lack of housekeeping, towels, communication, and basic service made the stay very frustrating. For a property that is advertised as a resort, I expected much better service and attention to guests. You can add this part: Another thing I really did not like was being expected to leave the garbage outside the room. It did not look clean or appropriate for a resort, especially with bags of trash sitting outside. I also feel this could attract insects or rodents and create a sanitation issue. A resort should have a proper system for collecting guests’ garbage rather than having it left outside the room
