Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Convention Center

The breakfast was very basic and could do with an upgrade in the variety of choices each day. The place was generally clean, and the hotel was ideally situated for where we wanted to go. Breakfast could have been better. I dropped my phone in an Uber one evening and the driver had departed with it in his car, so I asked the staff member at the desk to keep an eye out for the driver for me. It was a very stressful situation, and I felt that the individual at the desk could have shown a little more empathy at the time. They just didn't seem like they even wanted to be helpful or supportive in any way. Other than that incident the staff on the desk were very kind, welcoming and helpful.

In our opinion, the breakfast is rather poor, although it is very similar to what is typically offered at hotels in the U.S.

Breakfast menu was great. The staff was very helpful and nice. Alle and Latina in the dining area were fantastic. Cameila on the front desk was fantastic.

Not the best hotel. If you’re only Using the hotel to stay and sleep i would recommend this hotel for minimum basic needs. if not try a better hotel.

Very clean and nice place to stay

My stay started out very good with the night reception who was very welcoming and helpful , until I woke up to a breakfast that was OK. Let's just say everything that they didn't cook was ok. Other than that I prefer not to say. After the first day, I stopped eating breakfast, it wasn't worth getting up for. The coffee they had out for guests was good and infused water was refreshing. The hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. On the day they were suppose to clean our room. They didn't. No, we did not have the DND sign out, which they bought up as an excuse of why my room was not cleaned. It was especially upsetting when I came to a room full of trash that I had set out for them to take, no toilet paper, and no towels, which I threw on the floor as instructed by front desk to do if we were not going to use them anymore on every other cleaning day, and no shower gel. Everything was out. The shower gel they had bought and the new one they bought for us was different. The one that ran out seemed like they filled it with water because in ran through your hands and the new one didn't do that. When I called the front desk, she had a man run up and provide what we needed and said sorry. There was no cleaning personal on premise anymore so he bought everything up and took all the trash. The man asked us again if we had the DND sign up and my husband told him no it's behind the door and even showed him. He was nice about it considering it wasn't his job.

- I did not like the pay for parking. I would have preferred to have different options to park.

Dont like how u had to pay 2 park and they did not fill up the shampoo shower gel conditioner

Property overall was clean, and staff was knowledgeable of surroundings. Rooms were clean, solid breakfast and pool hours were convenient. Air conditioning system is very noisy, if you have smaller children.

It was clean The breakfast was not great. More lightings needed in rooms and no kettle in rooms.

I liked everything. The only issue I had was with the smoking area outside I smoke so I smoked outside but inside my room it is small so my luggage smelled like smoke. How about they hit me with a $150 incidental fee why I do not know I did not smoke in the room. The property was good I enjoyed it!

They housekeeping didn’t do a good job cleaning.

Very good breakfast. The rooms need updating. There was also water dripping in the shower.

The only good thing I can comment on was the cleanliness I was charged for my room before being notified that I had been downgraded, so I did not get what I paid for. The second room I was offered was directly next to the laundry room and exterior AC unit, so I got very little sleep. The tub drain was clogged.
