Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village

Excellent and clean. The only thing they should make clear the description said 3 pools because they share available pools with Fairfield and Spring Hill hotels on property

The only issue we had was the toilet in our room ran very loud and continuously during our stay. Maintenance came up three times to fix the problem but ultimately it did not get fixed. We decided we just didn’t wanna bother moving rooms so we stopped complaining.

They charge you more than expected and don’t give deposits back. Breakfast wasn’t good at all

The room was spacious and clean. Checking in was easy and the property was clean. The buffet breakfast was good and worth staying in the hotel. The pool was a little dirty with leaves but atleast it was not overly chlorinated and it was a great temperature for the hot day. I would definitely stay again for the price and amenities.

Booked room with balcony but when arrived did not receive

You shouldn’t be charged, that can be misunderstood. The sheets on the bed was old and dingy the room smell moldy, I use to hear great things about the Marriot Hotels and I was so disappointed and I mean the rooms really needs to renovating and they need better sheets on the beds and air fresheners.

This was mine in my spouses first vacation together, and I could say this hotel definitely was a big part of it. The pool was beautiful. The staff was amazing. It was clean anytime we needed something it was easily given to us. I adored my stay here and I will be back.

After room clean up ( Tuesday ), came back with my hairbrush missing. I am sure it was not intentional. Could have dropped easily to a nearby trash can. But still was an inconvenience for the next 2 days.
