Lamento no recordar su nombre pero si recuerdo que tiene cabello largo lacio oscuro y unos ojos muy expresivos. Esperamos regresar a sus instalaciones en algún momento, y sería muy gratificante que continuaran brindando a todos sus clientes la mejor atención como hasta ahora. El motivo de nuestra visita fue por un tornamento de baseball en el que participaba nuestro hijo. Gracias a todo su personal por dar lo mejor.

The property was nice overall. Clean, and modern looking. Hot Tub was unavailable the first day I tried to use it, but was fixed later. I was put in a Hearing assist room for whatever reason I'm not sure. There were flashing lights all night long which made it hard for me to sleep. My biggest problem was at check in. I requested a room like the the picture I booked on expedia. I was told that this was an upgrade & since I booked on expedia, and I'm only a Marriott Silver Elite member I was not entitled to an upgrade or even a complimentary bottle of water. This was explained to me by the Assistant Manager after the Receptionist was not able to upgrade me. The Assistant manager was rude, and condesending. I definitely did not feel welcomed or valued as a Marriott Bonvoy member for 45+ years. I will not come back to this property even though it was nice and very well located.

I like that it was close to the mall and lots of places to eat. Appreciated the fact that they had a wheelchair available. The room was just OK, we had a couple of little problems with it and I felt like it was a lot of money for a subpar room.

Great staff, very friendly. The bed was cheap, very uncomfortable. The AC unit in our room was incredibly loud. We asked to switch rooms. We were given instructions on how to adjust the thermostat, and if that didn't work, then they might be able to switch rooms. By the time that all was said and done, it was too late, so we just dealt with it. Didn't sleep much as a result.

One of my FAVORITE hotels to stay at!!!! Normally stay here for competitions, and State Finals. Always such a great stay. This would be my 4th stay here and me and my family always reserve here when in the area. Nothing to not like. Quiet, peaceful, comfy, clean and such friendly staff.
