Very clean with a really good breakfast selection

It was cheap fairly clean was all I was looking for good location right in middle of town. Didn't check pool or breakfast

The property is very old and dated on the interior the carpets are filthy there is so much water seepage through the ceilings and damage I don't even know how they are open to be honest. The rooms themselves the carpet was so dirty that when I went to take a shower I left black footprints in the water on the floor of the tub. Walls were damaged ceilings were damaged carpet was damaged even looked like there was blood stains on the carpet in the bedroom. I didn't even have the courage to partake in the breakfast because I've seen how the rest of the hotel was in such dire need of renovation and cleaning. There was even what looked to be black mold in the bathroom as well as very sharp cracked tiles in the bathroom floor. 100% dissatisfied and disgusted. I understand a new owner bought them over 2 years ago but you don't allow your clients to sleep in something so dirty. I can honestly say the best part about the whole stay was the little tube of hand lotion. Not even the sheets were clean I ended up sleeping on top of the bed because there was human hairs on the sheets and not the head hairs.

Staff was great 👍

Had to cancel my week long reservations because I was admitted to the hospital they would not work with me or refund any part of my stay. Strongly would not recommend using this hotel chain.

Clean rooms, great staff!

I got bitten by a Bed bug the wallpaper was stapled up the Bathroom was filthy and the room smells like cat oiss or dog piss the elevator was kinda shaky it took about 1 hour before the front desk clerk was gone from the front desk at least 1 hour wait the other rooms on the other side of the building was closed off the outside windows has plastic on them with heat coming out of the rooms like it was getting heat treatment overall it was a bad experience

Great for the price

The sheets were stained with something that was black and gray. You could tell they had been washed but it still looked pretty gross to have them stained up so badly. The remote for the tv did not work. We were told the first night that the next day someone would look at it and fix the issue. The 2nd day we were told that non of the remote in the facility worked on that tv and the new universal remote they had on hand were not good because she did not know how to program them. So if you are looking for a clean bathroom, and a tv that you can watch this is not the hotel for you.

The place was a little dirty and not well cleaned. It smelled weird and the carpet was dirty. The bed was small ( it’s not a queen size as it described on the web.) I didn't read the reviews before I booked it. I don’t recommend it.

They were remodeling so will see next time

They were painting the facility the time when we came, and everything was torn apart. The pool was not working. They only cleaned the room one time when we stayed. The tv didn't work correctly. They were short staffed and it showed.

Room layout Dated and some TLC noted on carpets and wall coverings but clean.

The AC worked We booked a room for 4 but they only had towels for 2- no more towels available at the front desk. Also breakfast included but they ran out of plates on which to eat it. Most importantly, the hotel is under remodeling and it looks like a war zone- they should have mentioned that on the booking.

I paid for 2 nights only stayed 1 the AC was blowing out hot air the smoke alarms was going off and the front desk was no help!! I keep trying to call the front desk phone rings once than silence horrible experience!!!

The air conditioner didn't work it was filthy dirty we reserved 4 rooms 1 the TV didn't work so we didn't use that room they said they would not charge us for that 4th room but do you think expedia has a number you can call to tell them to reimburse us for that 1 room no they don't the motel said since we booked through Expedia we had to get refunded through them we want refunded for the 1 room we never used like u said we rented 4 rooms used 3 and all 3 smelled horrible nasty stained bedding flooring and furniture terrible.

Nothing but the pool The property is nasty dirty and they have bugs everywhere
