Location was perfect. Room size was bigger than I expected. Room was very clean. Staff was great The pool size, last time I stayed here I was a teenager and I remember the pool was a lot bigger back then so to see it so small now was sad. Although it was definitely heated so that was nice.

The location was good. Right next to the boardwalk. When I booked the room, it allowed me to request a crib, but when I got to the property there was no crib and the receptionist said they never had cribs. When I went to look at the room itself, it looked dilapidated, rundown, very bare and uninviting. We had to look for another hotel because I was quite horrified by the accommodations. I ended up losing the amount I paid for one night and staying somewhere much more accommodating and pleasant and way less expensive.

The location is great and I loved being able to rent the one bedroom apartment. I didn't like the seating in livingroom, it was very uncomfortable and a TV in the bedroom would have been nice to be able to relax in bed watching TV at night. The family upstairs from my unit were very loud too. They were up at 6am everyday with kids jumping and bouncing balls

We were highly disappointed this time around We normally stay right on the property… this time we didn’t realize that we were staying off the property… the new “property” was beyond disgusting… and unsafe! Farther away from the property… in some ghetto place they are redoing… air conditioners and wires everywhere… disconnected from the fire department and no screens on the second floor… we asked for a refund and were denied

Room was somewhat dirty on arrival. Several ceiling tiles damaged and loose. Toilet was so crooked that your right leg was pressed against the tub while sitting. Outside the room several path lights and room lights were out leading to difficult navigation around the building at night. The AC condensate lines drain directly from each of the rooms onto the sidewalk around the building. This lead to much very slippery and mold/algae areas (this is a building code violation of IBC 307.2.1). My wife and daughter both almost slipped numerous times. We stayed the first night and decided in the morning that we must leave and find another place to stay. I went to the front desk and explained what happened and the lady apologized and said she understood if we wanted to leave. We went and found another motel and made arrangements. Realizing that I had not received a checkout dated receipt I returned to Seabreeze. The desk lady printed me a paper showing my original charge and additional billing separately for the rest of the week, with no checkout date. I showed her that this was an unauthorized charge and she said I would have to speak to a manager. After speaking to 2 managers they refuse to issue a refund on the unauthorized billing nights and now I am fighting for $1500 from my bank. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Clean room, free parking. Only small issue was that the pool hours are listed as 9am-9pm, but they close the pool every morning for 1 hour - 1 hour 1/2. Great, clean the pool but put the opening hours as 11-9 since it’s actually closed at 9am for cleaning.

You can't beat the location. We were able to walk back and forth all day which was a plus esp for the bathroom! We are simple, it was clean and we had a great balcony and could see the ocean in a distant and that made us happy! Pool was small but it is a pool and my teens enjoyed it! We didn't hear much "city noise" as people would say and the train wasn't a bother to us - we brought box fans with us and slept great! It was actually cool to see the train while we were swimming and in our room. We loved our stay here and we cannot wait to go back and hoping to get the same room we had! We really had the best weekend family vacation!! It was fine for us. Some of the plugs didn't work so we had to move things to find what did but it didn't ruin our weekend! The tv didn't work - which again was fine because we didn't have to stay in long due to rain and who needs tv while on vacation. I would say the patio furniture I wish was more comfortable but that's it.

The location was perfect and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was a clean and good size with everything we needed. Parking is a little difficult without assigned spots causing you to have to search on the roadside each time. A couple times during our stay we went down to use the pool area to find it closed, a posted schedule or plan for closing regulations would be helpful.
