Everything was great.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The whole place was amazing and welcoming. We had an amazing time there!

Very good location nice swimming pool and sea access. Hamza makes all the difference in the restaurant. Actually this could be an excellent property, but not as it is today. Lack of insonorization, pretty noisy. General lack of maintenance all over, no room cleaning if you don't ask for it (or is it random?)... And you may have to wait long for your diner...

We had a very comfortable stay in the hotel. Very nice and cozy place to stay in. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel is not too big, it’s never crowded even when fully booked and you always can sit somewhere with a nice view and enjoy privacy. There are a few things to be improved. First one is cleaning in the rooms and the second is service during lunch and dinner time (standard side dishes which are served with main dish are always cold and not fresh as it seems that they are cooked far in advance, and it’s not always clear how many dishes you can order and if, like me, you don’t eat something not all the waiters give you the option to have two salads, for example, instead of meet, because you can order only one salad). These things are important for people with food limits, vegans or vegetarians and hotel should pay attention on that. But beside these few thing everything else was on a good level! When some small issues occurred they didn’t concerned us too much, because all the stuff in the hotel are always ready to help you with everything, you just should ask. Territory is nice, hotel is quite new, rooms are comfortable. Food is testy and you have a not bad choice of dishes. Mediterranean and Tuna salads were my favoritesI, and I really enjoyed how all types of fish had been cooked. (Meat is always cooked good in Turkey but fish is not always the case). If you want to have a good rest and if you are ready to tell if something bothers you then you will have a very enjoyable stay and some small things will be fixed for you if needed. Many thanks to Hamza for the best service and hospitality in the restaurant and many thanks to Burhan for the help while staying. (Sorry if I made mistakes in your names)!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had booked 3 swim up rooms and really loved the concept. We had booked a rental car from the airport and arrived early because of an early plane . hotel greeted us and showed us around the area and we sat down for a lovely breakfast and after that found a nice area to relax until our rooms were ready . The hotel gave us the first room at 12.00 , as soon as they had one ready. We really appreciated the gesture. Thank you ? The 2 other rooms were ready a few hours later ? Hotel reception had car keys and made sure our rental car was parked safely in the hotel area . We went for a few drives to some outlets , markets , Alanya . Can also recommend Lands of Legends shopping street in the evening with shows etc . Rooms were great . Comfy Bed , AC , bathroom, WiFi , mini fridge .. If we needed fresh towels or more water for fridge, we called the reception and it came right away. The hotel is small , never feels crowded , and the area is beautiful. ‘Beach’ dock area and sea was so fine. Just down a ladder and you are in wonderful clean water . Lots of Sunbeds and no one blocking beds with towels . Big pool was fine too with an amazing view . We did however spend most of our time in our ‘own’ pool ? it’s just great having a pool outside your room. We enjoyed the menus at the restaurant , all was fresh ! breakfast was plentiful, lunch had enough options to choose from and so did the supper menu . Salmon , steaks and desserts were great . The brownie was amazing ? Language wise we did not really have issues . Not all speak English , but many are quite good at it. There are good translating apps out there If anyone need that . Hotel Staff was smiling and helpful . Lots of young people was working at the restaurant and they did a great job! Thank you for all ❤️ We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend the hotel . It’s cozy , quiet, beautiful and it’s really possible to relax ? We will be back one day ! Only small advice we have is to make drink manuals/guide for the ones working at the bar ? that way drinks will taste the same every time ??

Place is gorgeous. We had a room with pool access and we loved it. I believe the options in the restaurant could have some more variety.

- The quality of the food was great. - The staff were extremely friendly. - The private pool rooms were amazing. - The Beach was rocky, you couldn’t go for a swim. - The distance from town and airport was far and expensive to get there.

We didn't swim in the pool, we spent time on the beach. You can order breakfast, lunch and dinner according to the "la carte" menu, which is the same every day. Breakfast is mostly eggs, lunch: salads, burgers, pizza and pasta. Dinner: the same menu as for lunch. We mostly ordering chicken, steak or fish. The guys who work in the restaurant are very young, 19-20 years old. They work from 6-7 in the morning until midnight. They literally have no time to rest. That made me very sad. I got the impression that the owner of the hotel is literally exploiting these young people. What I didn't like was the cleanliness of the hotel. The tables in the restaurant are not cleaned with water and a wet cloth. They just change the tablecloth and put clean plates and escajg. The floor in the restaurant was not washed or swept even once in the 5 days we were there. We had a situation with beach towels... During lunch, around 3 o'clock, we leave all our things and hotel towels on their private beach, when we return teh towels were gone. I go to the reception and ask for new ones and the receptionist says "Come down to the beach, we'll get them for you." They never brought. When leaving, we asked for a yellow taxi to be called. The receptionist offered us their "exclusive" transportation at a price of 30 dollars. I asked him to tell me how much it was in TL and he said 800 TL. I replied that a yellow taxi costs 400 TL. (because they arrived as to the hotel per that price) The receptionist continued to persuade me in this way "I think for you is better to usse our transport." I stopped him there and told him to stop telling me what he thinks is good for me, that I am an adult who already knows what is good for me and that I want him to call me a yellow taxi. In the end, they agreed to take us for 400 TL. And you know which "exclusive" carrier it is. A car from the owner of the hotel that was parked in front. I saw when he brought the key to the receptionist. These are such miserable things that send the image that this Hotel can have 5 stars on paper, but in reality what they offer is far from that.

The staff was amazing! Especially Hamza and Berat were exceptionally helpful and made us really comfortable. Yasin at the bar made nice fruity cocktails and was very kind. The food was brilliant and the fact that it was a la cart made it quite nice. The pool, although the small size was very nice and shade provided. The drinks served was good well known brands (which apparently is not everywhere) The building was still under construction. The room desperately needed a wardrobe and some towel hanger as well as a toilet paper holder. The rooms was never cleaned during our stay (5days). We had to ask for a toilet paper everyday as they only gave one. The makeup chair literally broke under me (while doing my make up). The owner of the hotel was there but was very reluctant to attend the guests and was extremely rude to the employees which left a bad taste. The furniture in the room was of the lowest quality. The lady at the front reception is oblivious on how to treat guests and was quite rude.

I was looking for a quiet not crowded hotel with direct access to the sea and good wi-fi because I needed to work remotely for several days. And I found it at Feniks. - Hotel is new and very stylish. The rooms are nice and the territory is green. - View from the restaurant, view from the swimming pool and from my room is amazing. I would say this hotel has picturesque views. - I really liked the part there were no much people and I could always find free sun-beds and tables at the restaurant. - People staying at this hotel are also nice and intelligent. Nobody disturbs you. - Staff at the reception and the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. They are speaking a bit English and Russian and always ready to help. There are several things to improve you should consider. - Block of the rooms close to the road is very noisy because of the road. I had to use my airpods so I could sleep. - This block close to the road has very bad wi-fi quality. There is no wi-fi at all. I used my mobile Internet. On the rest territory wi-fi is okay, but sometimes it stops working for no reason. - The room is not cleaned properly. Toiletries have never been added and minibar was not refilled. - As for me access to the sea is not very comfortable. There is no plain beach and there is no much space to swim because of the rocks but if you do not need sea a lot, it should not be a problem. Swimming pool is cool and has a view to the sea.

The garden, pool, restaurant and beach all look amazing. The hotel was very calm, not too many people around, felt very private. A/C in the room was great and we had two balconies with sea view in our room. Staff doesn’t speak English so it was a guessing game most times when you ordered food or drinks (order cappuccino, get iced latte, order scrambled eggs, get omelette). They were not able to explain how many and which items from the menu you’re able to order, I’d recommend the hotel to add instructions in English to the menu in writing so guests wouldn’t have to ask the staff. Most people working there seem pretty young and would probably need more guidance on how to provide the best possible experience for clients, eg I witnessed four young men just DJ’ing and playing loud music by the pool (where most people were either asleep or reading quietly) while they probably should have been spending the time clearing empty glasses, lifting umbrellas that had been knocked down by wind, emptying full bins etc. They also consantly bring food in random order to the table at the restaurant and clearly had no idea how to make cocktails (witnessed one guy pouring 4x 4cl vodka into a glass while it was supposed to be 1x 4cl). We didn’t mind too much as they were nice guys who tried to do their jobs but clearly there’s some work to do to get the show running properly

Hotel location is great with direct access to the beach and at walking distance to the main squer in Okurcalar. The rooms are good size with comfy beds and decent size bathrooms. The pool from room is big and well kept. The food at all inclusive is a la card, the soft drinks and the beer and wine are decent. The staff were very helpful and super friendly. Never get crowdy, it is big spece with only 30 rooms aprox so you never have feeling that is someone stoled your sunbeds or anything else like in big resorts. The entrance in sea was from dock but it worth going down the stairs and swimm in the clear sea. All in one, very nice hospitality, nice a la card concept in all incl, Peaceful and nice place that I would visit again. It was first time in my 15 years travel by booking.com that reserved hotel with only 3 review. I'm gambling but my vacation was superb. We choose room with pool view with direct pool entrance. Recomended. In the first days the food was not variate, but it was getting better in the last days of our stay. No english speaking stuff, google translate must be with you. No animation program but I like it :)

During my recent stay at Feniks, I was pleased with several aspects of the property. Firstly, the culinary offerings were exceptional, with a wide range of delicious dishes that were prepared with fresh ingredients and served with finesse. Additionally, the staff members were accommodating, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Special thanks go to Burhan, Süleyman, and Gökçe Hanım for their exceptional service and dedication. One area that could use improvement is the housekeeping service. On a few occasions, my room was not thoroughly cleaned or tidied up to the usual standards, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, I would still highly recommend Feniks for its outstanding food, excellent personnel, and overall enjoyable stay.

We booked this hotel for the last day of our holidays in Turkey. The hotel is amazing, just opened a couple of weeks ago (August 2022). The territory is very well maintained, there is a large swimming pool and a pier with a sandy-stone beach. We were also offered a private transfer to the city beach, but we preferred to stay at the hotel as we already been in Avsallar. The hotel has an original design, here you can take a lot of beautiful photos for social networks. We booked a suite with a sea view (room 201). The room had its own small pool and a very interesting round bed. I also really liked the restaurant - it's not an "All Inclusive" buffet like in other hotels, but a restaurant - there is a menu and orders are taken by waiters. Overall, this hotel is suitable for couples and we had a very good experience.
