-
Long hair in the tub from previous occupant and bathroom floor slightly dirty.

We loved our stay at the hotel. Check in was a breeze and the staff was amazing. Only thing not that great was the breakfast selection, but not bad for an included meal. Would definitely recommend staying here.
-
Rooms are clean we had plenty of towels and it was cool rooms I slept very well.

location

The room and the staff were all nice and clean but the lawn crew was using the blower early in the a.m. I needed my sleep.

Clean, front desk staff were super polite and professional! There was construction going on outside the building, on the roof and windows. But not anyone’s fault!

Great stay

The pool was nice for the kids and had a decent breakfast We went for a comfort stay and got woke up at 8 the next morning to banging and scraping rite outside our window because they were doing construction on the outside which we had no clue or we wouldn't have booked there woke both the kids up scared to death they could have atleast put us in a different room away from the construction area for paying 246 dollars for one night I called the front desk but nothing was done definitely will be our last stay at this location

Check-in was smooth our reasonable available requests were granted. The person checking us in was cordial, prompt and helpful. The property was clean despite undergoing some repainting on the exterior. The room was as described. Clean, spacious, well stocked with toiletries, soap and towels. The bed was comfortable with clean linens. The furniture was modern and useful. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, safe and hair dryer were available for use. The breakfast with many options was a little bland but normal for a free breakfast. I would say this property gets a 4.9 out of 5 as far as I am concerned.

The property was nice seems to be recently upgraded. It’s next to the highway so we heard that at night.

Clean, Quick check in
-
It is not located in the best part of town.

Room was super clean and spacious. Felt the luxury in the room. Would be nice to have. Maybe two water bottles available for the guest upon arrival. The night check-in guy wasn’t too friendly. He judged my form of payment as a prepaid card when presented my bank card told me we were going to have a problem with this form of payment and stated I had to present a different card. He wasn’t too friendly at all.

The hotel is located very near to Bricktown and is quite convenient for anyone visiting downtown Oklahoma City. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and has all the basic amenities you need. The rooms are quite well maintained. The beds are quite comfortable and clean. The bathroom has all the basic amenities and very clean. The hotel also provides a decent breakfast. The pool is also very clean and well maintained. Overall good place to stay when visiting Oklahoma City. If you get a room facing the highway, it can be noisy. So if you are a light sleeper, you will have issues sleeping at night as you can hear the noise of the vehicles. Also, the room tends to get hot during the night. I think the hotel turns off the AC, so towards the early morning, the room becomes hot.
