Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City Dwtn - Bricktown by IHG

It was very clean and parking was easy.

The parking was very convenient while we were in Bricktown.

Great check in and nice lobby area. Room was clean and comfortable! The bed was amazingly comfortable! Close to Bricktown. We will definitely stay here again!

Parking was not optimal at the location in OKC. there were no extra sheets for the pull out.

Nothing. Didn’t stay. Receptionist called 5 minutes prior to us arriving to confirm the 3 rooms I had booked for my party of 12, once we arrived they told us the rooms booked out and only had 2 rooms available. Could’ve been more professional and let us know over the phone there were not enough rooms before us getting there.

We had multiple problems with the key and had to get them remade several times a day during our trip

The staff was very helpful! Room was simple but clean. The card swiper on the washing machine did not function properly and I had to request assistance. Apparently this happens often, so I'm not sure why they won't replace them. Breakfast was also just ok, typical continental breakfast.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The pool was so nice a cool for the days we stayed it was so hot outside I was thankful for the cool water .. The Breakfast was amazing the pancakes marker was so fun to use and watch. Non
