Absolutely beautiful and as advertised

Front desk was incredible. They were on top of everything I asked that I needed to get delivered to my door.

Gorgeous decor and fixtures in room. Had to call them to open the door in the front of the bldg to let us in.

Awsome beautiful hotel. Room was spacious and our room looked out over the okc memorial. I highly recommend this hitel!

It was a perfect location for our federal trial setting. Just a block from the courthouse. The 2 bedroom suite was ideal for what we needed and the restaurant next door was terrific.

Mal servicio al cliente, hice late check in y el estacionamiento es un poco complicado de entender ya que tienes que estacionarte hasta la planta de arriba y acceder por las puertas de ese nivel, no por el ascensor. Tuve problemas con el drenaje y no me pude bañar, me cambiaron a otra habitación “sin costo extra” (no esperaba menos dado que su habitación no funcionaba) y a pesar de ello no tuvieron buen servicio para ofrecer alguna amenidad dada la circunstancia

Super chic hotel with amazing service.

Very nice upscale comfort in a refined quiet space. Great location downtown with Vallet parking service or self park parking garage. Small boutique hotel with limited number of rooms. Common area to relax and work and upscale fitness center. Quiet atmosphere, caters to business professionals and adult clientele. Not ideal for families with small or young children.

This hotel is a MUST, it's absolutely adorable! The design aesthetics are fantastic, the rooms are beautifully done, the Citizen House is a jewel!!!

We got there late because it was where we stayed our wedding night, and the parking situation was a little confusing. When we called to get let in she explained, but it seemed like a service entrance. But as soon as we got in all was well.

The mini bar/coffee area was so cool with the bench/couch. It made the room feel bigger. Great find. Close to everything downtown and extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the fitness center too.

The hotel is gorgeous and very chic. Quiet and very classy. The view was amazing from our window. Just the view we needed for our vacation
