Bradford House, Oklahoma City North, a Member of Design Hotels

It’s unique & beautiful. The colors & art work/decorating is one of a kind. It’s like being in a beautiful jewel box. The food was the worst food I’ve ever had at a restaurant in OKC. They were out of hamburgers. My daughter had farm raised salmon & it tasted fishy. I had skirt steak-the only beef option & it was so fatty, tough & slimy. I had my daughter taste it and she couldn’t even chew it enough to swallow it. The French Fries were crispy but, nothing was hot.

Everything, the design and the cleanliness! They made us a little present for our honeymoon! Just a note. There are stairs without elevator so in case you need a first floor just ask!

My only complaint is that when we checked in there was a lot of confusion regarding our reservation (they thought it was for a dining reservation, not a room), and their system stopped running correctly to check us in, but they kindly comped us with a couple of pastries from their pastry counter, Quincy Bake Shop, which were DELICIOUS!! I would stay again, and have already recommended to friends!!

We really loved staying here! Our cocktails were great, the pastries and coffee were delicious and beautiful. The entire place is thoughtfully designed and is so fun and cheerful. I think the mattress and sheets could use an upgrade in quality but I'm pretty particular about bedding.

We had a great stay at the Bradford House. It was the perfect getaway. Looking forward to staying again!

Pleasant

What a fantastic place! We know we will want to return the next time we are in Oklahoma City. We stayed in a king room in the historic house. Room was well-appointed and very clean. Bathroom was nice, although the shower lacked even a soap dish for behind-the-ears scrub-a-dub. Bar was amazing, we ordered a great little breakfast snack from the counter.

Very cute location with lovely details throughout the property. Great restaurant for a latte and brunch.

The Bradford is an amazing boutique hotel. The restaurant had great food. We loved the little bar and coffee shop. As a side note, best bathrobe! We will definitely be back.

The hotel is an old house with more rooms built around it. It is charming, with a big porch , classic architectural details, and whimsical decor curated by the owner. The only negative is the bathroom layout. We were in one of the rooms built around the old building. The sink is outside the tub and toilet , with no door.

Our favorite place to stay in OKC! Charming, unique, great food, great bar, lovely home, all of the rooms are great!

An exceptional Michelin 1-Star dining experience. The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff were warm and attentive, and every dish was delicious. Highly recommended!

There is no on-site market to purchase beverages, Tylenol, toiletries, etc. and no stores are in walking distance. Also, the keys…They give you a huge set of gold “real” keys, not the plastic hotel key cards. You have to have it to get through the gate to the Motel part and then into your room. Once inside your room, you have to put a component of the keys into the wall to turn on the lights. This means if one member of your party leaves for some reason and others remain, I guess you have to figure out how to separate the gigantic set of keys or the person staying behind is in the dark. If you are headed out for the evening, this set of keys will not fit in a clutch and you will not want this in your pocket. I get they are trying to save power and have retro Motel vibes, but this is inconvenient. I’m not sure I would stay again, but I would dine or consider an event at this beautiful house.

Overall the hotel room was aesthetically pleasing including the patio (no smoking) .. However the lack of inclusion& amenities (No FREE breakfast, NO included fridge, & NO Pool ) was unfortunate, not worth the price of +$200. I could’ve stayed at Hilton for the same price & with all amenities.
