They hold your luggage before check-in. The hotel needs the upcoming renovation. A ton of potential.

The room was excellent. The staff was welcoming. Breakfast is always great at hotels in Japan. I didn’t realize how far the hotel was from the train station.

The hotel is very close to the Okayama train station, only a few minutes walk. It was helpful for the room TVs to show the onsen availablity to avoid going if it was too crowded. The facilities felt limited and oddly placed. The onsen was small and there were only two massage chairs so you’d have to wait if these were occupied during its limited hours.

Unfortunately the public bath was not tattoo-friendly (not a big problem for us, but maybe good to know for other people).

The location. The staff. Reasonable price. Breakfast. The some areas of the room was not properly cleaned. For example, there were visible dust on a desk and tissue box. Might be an issue for people with allergy.

Room was close to train station, clean and desk/chair were comfortable for working. Staff was friendly. I was only here for 2 days so I didn't have a chance to use any of the perks. Not a fan of centrally controlled air conditioner. I tend to like to be able to select AC when needed and Heater when it is needed. Being forced into heater only mode would probably be my only complaint with this hotel. (but it was November so take that gripe with a grain of salt)

I like the location near the Okayama Station, it’s convenient to go to mall and take public transportation I did the wrong booking for smoking room, they couldn’t arrange another non smoking room for us cuz full booking The smoking room was too stinky to stay in it, I opened the window and use the spray to make it better, but it didn’t work

Nice breakfast offering, really nice official Onsen on 10th floor, beverage bar open 3pm-10pm, user friendly, pleasant staff, close to train station. Room was a bit tight for 2 people, but manageable; not a problem.

It was in a super convenient location to Okayama station and other shopping areas. It was perfect for what I needed.
