Wifi speed was good, good location close to the train station and across from a mall Rooms towards the street are noisy. The interior of the whole hotel has seen better days. Definitely needs a remodel to suit the outside appearance.

Right across the street from huge Aeon Mall and other shops with dinning all over out of the elements with under ground passage all the way to Shin Okayama Station and local JR train to Heritage Kurashiki Historic site. 20 minute walk to Castle and park . Hotel was clean but older and first impression at entrance was dead unkept plants and leaves off trees which ruined your mood every time you entered are exited. Outdated but clean facilities otherwise. Regular key to unlock room door which you had to turn in on leaving and pick up when returning to hotel each day. The above noted comments about outside of hotel entrance and outdated facilities but clean inside

It's near aeon and Donkihote and a few minutes from the station. I appreciated that they granted my request when I ask for a bright room. The space between the table and the bed is small, I'm having difficulty to put the chair on it.

Location is very close to the station. The room smelled really bad. The walls are apparently paper thin. My neighbor complained while I watched Netflix on my iPad and later talking with my girlfriend at a normal volume. If you’re old or have knee problems you have to be EXTREMELY careful entering the bathroom. It’s really dangerous.

Free coffee and tea until each day until 10 am. The staff was great, very kind and helpful.
