Great for what you need it to be: a place to sleep and recharge after the beach and boardwalk festivities. The water pressure left a little something to be desired, but the room was clean, the bedding was fresh, the room was stocked with more than enough towels, and the beds were comfortable.

This would have received a very good review if it had not been for the carbon monoxide alarm and an “evacuate” alarm sounding at around 3 a.m. We were woken by the alarms and had to leave the room. The carbon monoxide alarm continued until around 4 a.m, while the evacuation alarm continued until staff arrived early the next morning. We tried to contact the company using the telephone numbers provided on the website, but the calls went to an automated answering system. The options did not work and the calls were disconnected. Another room appeared to have the same issue. We opened the windows and were unable to settle properly for the rest of the night. At checkout, we informed the desk staff, who contacted the manager. The response was simply to thank us for the information. Given that this involved a carbon monoxide alarm and an evacuation alarm with no effective way to contact staff, we were disappointed with how the situation was handled and that there was no follow-up or explanation afterwards.

Hire more staff for the office. One person can’t do everything. (Answering phones, checking people in and out) I had to wait 30 extra minutes to check in. Poor guy who was working that day, did his best.

we didn't do breakfast,but Ian{ I hope that's it} at the front desk was really nice and great at his job. The rooms were nice and clean ,stocked with all the good crap. I will be staying there again next year if it' possible. Thank you all for all you do. Sharon M. and family. the third floor. next year I will need bottom floor,it was a lot for person my age.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, which made a great first impression. The location was perfect for enjoying the local area, and I really appreciated that the property photos on website were completely accurate to what was provided in person. The window insulation could be improved, as the glass felt quite thin and allowed outside noise to penetrate the room at night, which made it a little difficult to fall asleep initially. Also no pool at property.
