Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ocean City by IHG

I want to shout out Jamie in Ocean city holiday Inn. She is so very nice professional, pleasant. I hope the best for her. Very accommodating, smile all the time. Some of your staff needs to smile and please don't make customers feel don't know anything.

Housekeeping staff was friendly & helpful Clean property Pool was nice

We arrived early and the staff helped us check in. The room was bigger than expected,looked brand new and was just the right temp. the electric shade on the window was great. Bathroom was bigger and nicer than expected. The folding bench in the shower was a big plus for us older folks. Breakfast was better than expected; very clean and never ran out of any items. The location was perfect for the things we planned for the weekend. When we went out for breakfast the halls were full of housekeepers getting an early start on cleaning and refreshing the rooms. Lots of drawer space and better and brighter lighting than expected. Checkout was quick and easy. Thanks for a nice weekend.

All of the staff was great. I believe the young lady at the front desk name was Jaime, she was exceptionally kind!!!! The hostess staff for breakfast kept everything plenished for guest to eat without any delays. I would suggest moving the tip basket where guests can clearly see it in order for them to receive the thanks they defer the great service.

Staff were friendly and helpful, property is clean, and we did not have an issue with parking at all, even when coming back later in the evening. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would stay again!

This Holiday Inn is at a fantastic location, right off of Coastal Highway, and next to the northside park. The beach was only one block away. Fractured Prune, and Sunsations are in walking distance. The towels for the swimming pool were a little thin and scratchy.

Front desk staff never properly greeted us upon arrival. As a matter of fact we stood there at the desk for 10 minutes before someone even showed up to register us!! No extra pillows or any toiletries. Housekeeping NEVER had washcloths!! They were always in the laundry we were told. We had to go to Dollar Tree next door the next day to purchase some. This was no more than a cheap, overpriced motel. Will NOT be coming back!! The evening front desk staff were friendly. Daytime NOT AT ALL!! The front desk staff that we checked out with were pleasant also.

The location, the outside pool, the staff, the room overall. The pool use hours. The coffee The bathrooms-not enough light The indoor pool, water didn't seem clean like the outdoor pool. The amount of space for the breakfast.

Lovely 10/10 but breakfast area is not handicapped accessible or large enough to accommodate full occupancy

People Bunke with food Jokisa --- she was fantastic with my son and just went the extra mile and was authentically nice!!! Great place / great staff - team

Pool and front beach The hotel is actually a bit old; the best things about it are the pool and its beachfront location, but the price is high considering the quality of the hotel.
