Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa - Handwritten Collection

I had my 55th birthday in the hotel. They gave me a cake and also a present. Was not expecting that. Breakfast was great, beach is clean, staffs are friendly especially lobby bar. Rooms was a little run down but it was clean and was still good. All of our 4 rooms was facing the garden at the ground floor. It was relaxing. Heard the ducks quacking in the morning. Very nice!! :) I must say it was awesome. Unfortunately, it was hard to get reservations at the restaurant because it was fully booked. I guess 8 pax it's hard to accommodate and it was peak season. However, the staffs was trying very hard to accommodative. My favorite Chess Bar was closed for renovation. They should have published it in their website so that my group would not need to go thru the disappointment.

The property is very large with a lot of amenities. There are classes you can take, spas, pools, and beautiful vistas of the water as well as a number of restaurant options. The staff is attentive if sometimes a little tardy at getting things done. It took three separate calls over the course of an hour and a half to get my TV to function properly. Almost everything comes an extra cost. And those costs are quite steep, especially compared to the rest of Bali. It's not really a great place to know Bali. It's very insulated from the culture and the history and the people of that wonderful island. It's very self enclosed and not really illustrative of the island.

The hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in Bali. The hotel is strategically located in front of Nusa Dua Convention center. The room is spacious, clean and cozy. The breakfast is excellent with many variety of dishes. There is also direct access to the beach with amazing scenery. None

Huge property with plenty of lounge chairs at the beach under the huge shady trees and lots of hammocks. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay. Awesome breakfast with lots of choices from different countries.

The property had a beautiful Balinese feel. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Room was spacious. Sometimes, lounge chairs were hard to get.

It was a perfect stay. Everything was so good – from clean, quiet and comfortable room, lovely garden view, excellent pools and pool areas. Comfortable beds, great breakfast, lovely service. We happened to stay during Nyepi (Silent day), hotel made that day very comfortable for the guests and we even had an opportunity to enjoy the ogo-ogo ceremony. Also their spa center is very commendable, too and general service was exceptionally pleasant. Hotel surroundings are very beautifully maintained. I could not find any negatives, well, maybe hotel restaurants are on the expensive side, especially pool bar, on the other hand, there are lots of choices where to eat.

Nicely decorated lobby and promises, but older outdated rooms . Was a bit disappointed. Service is good , good breakfast. Nice service, good location. Beach was dirty compared to other breach fronts , it’s ok for families. Old equipment rooms, outdated facilities

Nice pool and beach area.. a perfect destination for families.. Would definitely recommend Only issue that we couldn’t smoke in the balcony of our room.. had to go all the way out near the lobby or towards the beach which is quite a walk

Beautiful project in a great location in Nusa Dua. We loved the architecture, fabulous pool, spotless beach and beautiful landscaping. The food at Tamarind and the Asian restaurant was excellent, the service as well. We would definitely return.

The rooms are pretty old, the shower room is in a bad condition. The towels were in the awful condition during all our stay. Even after I ask what is the problem to change bath towels they were still the same. Grey and old. We had several shower caps and no other bath staff provided.

Location The hotel needs a complete renovation.

A very traditional comfortable hotel with excellent service and amenities

Exceptional breakfast and overall service. Good feeling of ‘Bali’ ( dancers and music at entry portico, etc.). Little view from room ( for money)
