The hotel's very spotty and poor Wi-Fi is totally unacceptable. During one of the nights, very loud music playing from boom boxes in a car in front of the hotel woke me up. This went on for at least 30 minutes. Since I couldn't sleep I went downstairs, but no personnel was present at the reception so I had to deal with the problem myself. Upon my return to the reception, a lobby attendant appeared and when asked why was there no attempt to deal with the noise, his response was that I should call the police myself if the noise bothered me. The absence and inappropriate attitude on the hotel's personnel part is not acceptable and will make this client choose a different hotel next time.

Really poor (borderline rude) reception. Just a few hours before arrival (and before booking) we called to ask about the parking, and we emphasized that it was very important to us as we had bikes in the back of the car. We were assured that there were plenty of spacious parking places available at anytime, also plenty of charging for e-cars. When we arrived there were zero parkplace available. The (unfriendly) staff then said there is a sister hotel (Sheraton) 10 mins away where we could park and charge. We asked him to please call the other hotel and he said he would. When we arrived the other hote 15 mins later, we realized that not only no one had informed them about our arrival, but also there were no chargers available, and that to park our car with the bike trailer was not possible (The very gentle and helpful staff at the Sheraton hotel then made out of his way and found a way for us to park our car with the trailer. But for charging we had to go to the highway the day after).

I was extremely confused when I asked to buy some water at 1am at the reception. 6.50 euro a bottle and cash only. I am not sure why cash only where in the morning I was able to get bottle of water on the room.

I loved the location and the breakfast spread with the bread variety and my favourite Folcon pro seed bread which i last had in Movenpick at the Dead sea. The Italian restaurant was a treat for us with very pleasant staff. The rooms were reasonably comfortable compared to European standards. Loved the patio, access to the Metro station, the city centre and the square. Enjoyed the restaurants around starting with the fresh fries , Anjappar, the Vietanamese and the Chinese. It is difficult to say what i did not like. I would recommend this place to anyone there on a vacation or work.

The indoor pool and sauna area was really nice and relaxing; staff was friendly and helpful with check in and parking which was hidden in the back of a busy city street. A hotel worker who spoke English went outside and helped us find the entry and then went out back and helped us gain entry to the underground parking garage, which we appreciated so much in a busy city with our limited German language and driving experience. Room was comfy, clean and nice bathroom.

We stayed in this hotel for the second time. And again the main destination of our trip to Nuremberg was the DB Museum, as our kids are railroad-fans. The hotel, thus, was build just for us - it's directly facing the railroad station, with views to rails with a lot of interesting trains passing by. The room was comfy, the breakfast was good, and we enjoyed it a lot. Close distance to railroad station also allowed us to travel with train - we enjoyed this part as well! The pool at the top is quite small, and with about 10 people in it's already crowded. But we still visited it every evening, and enjoyed it.

It was a basic 3 star - but with a good breakfast.

Location was great. It was also clean. Staff were rude, neither welcoming, nor driven to provide service. I would never go back to any hotel no matter how nice it was, with staff like the one at Novotel.

I like the front desk staffs and I love the wellness facilities.

Very friendly staff and nice location! Value vs quality very good. Nothing

Small duvet couldn’t sleep. Pool tiny and full of children

I'm sure being nicer should not be a difficult task for receptionist
-
Good place with good service for fair price

The pool was a nice touch, as well as the saunas Loud but to be expected in the middle of the city

Great location right next to the station for Messe as well for exploring the city. The hotel and room itself is built to modern standards, all amenities are there. Price wise seeing year after year some monstrosities and ripoffs due to the Messe, it was very reasonable priced.

Room was great, hotel was great. The location of the hotel was really great! Very close to the old town area, just across the street and a couple of blocks up. We found it very convenient. Nothing, everything was great!
