The service we received from everyone was excellent. I like the location and the beach area is beautiful. Nothing really, apparently they are planning a complete remodel this year, so the minor issues in the guest rooms will be fixed. But all in all the rooms were still very nice.

Our honeymoon at Hard Rock Hotel Puerto Vallarta was nothing short of exceptional — we were truly treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, respectful, and incredibly accommodating. Our room was stunning, and the thoughtful touches made it even more special — from the beautifully decorated door to the surprise newlywed goodies (chocolate-covered strawberries and a bottle of wine) waiting for us inside. The included airport transportation made everything effortless from start to finish. The entertainment staff were phenomenal — so talented, fun, and engaging! The evening shows are an absolute must-see and added so much excitement to our stay. For dining, we fell in love with Restaurant Ciao and the Market for breakfasts, and we were offered a dinner reservation at Umo, which was fantastic — a must-try for anyone visiting. On our final night, the resort arranged a private honeymoon dinner that was truly unforgettable. The chef personally came to our table for each course, they provided a curated set menu with a bottle of champagne, and they were incredibly attentive to my food allergies. It was easily one of the best meals we’ve ever had anywhere. Every detail of our stay was handled with care and thoughtfulness. From the service to the entertainment to the food, everything exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta enough and absolutely can’t wait to return!

Music really poorly done. Not hard rock or even close. Rubbish remakes by bad artists, and in discussion with their vibe manager about the music being primarily low quality alternative, and elevator music, didn’t acknowledge the problem at all.

You can hear the next room crystal clear. We were unaware of the “legendary” membership which reserved 70% of the chairs by the pool. Elevator was down to our tower. They cancelled the MJ show. Etc.

Didn't care for the large tub in the room taking up too much space. Unfortunately they were working on the roof just under our patio the week we were there.

Al the staff was amazing our rooms were constantly clean and the staff continued to go above and beyond I can’t wait to come back this truly was a 5 star hotel

I really liked the pools and beach and the food was fantastic. I stayed for 5 nights. 4 of the 5 days they had a jackhammer going all freaking day right beside the pool. You couldn’t escape the noise unless you went to the beach. And then my two last days they were pressure washing the pool deck which was extremely noisy again. It was awful. No peace.

Some stuff members were nice. Everything. Basically they are trying to scam you with the package. No available towels. No clear communication. The package overall is a joke, just sold it to you and then 0 communication, end up doing some things last day, but basically a waste. No clear communication of event, capacity which they cannot manage. Don’t come to that hotel, there are so many good hotel with amazing exprience and people and service and this one is the worst Hard Rock ever seen

Good selection, fresh made to order eggs Peanut butter and pancakes . Beds are small should be queen no need for jet tub in room. Wastes a lot of space
