The hotel in general was not clean at all. The floors look nasty and dirty. The room was even worse, didn’t feel clean. Paint all over the bathroom floor. The layout of the bathroom was horrible so uncomfortable sitting on the toilet, hard to even get the toilet paper. It took over 10 minutes for the water to get hot. Just not a comfortable stay at all. The first person who checked us in was not very pleasant but the other two ladies we came across at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

The day time staff was friendly. No cleaning people the entire time of my stay. The bathroom was broken in my hotel room 209.

The room accommodated my family and although there was a mix up they made up for that with their friendly attitude and an upgrade. That it isn’t at least a continental breakfast with hot food and the pull out sofa was outdated and uncomfortable.

Good spot, good price. Booked last minute on road trip and just left in the morning. Did the job.

The staff is very accommodating and very very helpful especially as Sasha and Tiara I've stayed here several times and they always greet me like I'm family and treat me the same way always make sure I always have what I need

NO towels in the room. Had to go to front desk to get towels NO waste paper basket or garbage pail NO soap in the bathroom

Although it had a slightly dated charm, it was impeccably clean and inviting. I wish there were more than just one trash room, but the peaceful atmosphere and convenient parking make up for it.

Staff is miserable except for one (Sasha is great). General manager lies about everything in order to avoid addressing any issues. She is beyond rude! I had to escalate issues to district manager and attorneys. Awaiting resolution.
