Good location

Plenty of parking. Spacious room. Clean bathroom. Comfort bed. Good breakfast.

Clean and no bad smells. Breakfast good. Especially the nice man working there. He smile made my day. Front desk also very nice.

It was exactly what we needed. Location was great for our family events and the rooms were plenty big. We could have used more full size bath towels and more hangers but both were eventually delivered to the room. I will stay there again.

Great accomodations and helpful staff

Location and price were good. Exercise equipment didn't work. rooms needed repairs and updating. Shower area just okay

- very clean - very close to the restaurants - that it comes with kitchen with 2 stoves, full size fridge, microwave, kitchen essentials and dishes - good size closets - very comfortable bed - more than adequate breakfast options - nothing that stands out

Exceptional

This hotel is really close to the train station, which can take you to downtown Chicago. We chose to stay here to save expenses and also avoid finding parking. The staffs are really warm and welcoming, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and peaceful.

The front desk staff working at night was not helpful at all. He didn’t seem to know much about the hotel and didn’t know how to handle our concerns or offer any solutions. We specifically chose this hotel because of the amenities shown in the pictures, especially for the kids, so it was very disappointing to arrive and find that they were not actually available. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
