The hotel is a great distance from a pretty quiet beach The whole hotel felt too moist. It felt like I was breathing water from how moist the hotel was and that wasn't even from the ac. It also wasn't too thoroughly clean. It was like they just cared if it looked clean and not actually that it was cleaned. Breakfast was breakfast, nothing special but don't expect more than some waffles and maybe some sausage and egg circles if you get there early enough.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom seemed recently refreshed with a newer toilet, vanity and mirrored light; the showerhead was also great (which isn't always the case in my experience). The flooring was LVT instead of carpet, which was a nice surprise. The elevators were surprisingly clean, bright, and again recently updated. Once they replace the carpet in the hallways, this place would be just about completely updated. The main thing I did not like was that there were only ice machines on floors 1, 3 and 5. The one on 3 didn't work, and I couldn't find the one on the main floor. So I had to go from 2 to 5 to get ice. It wasn't a huge deal just a slight inconvenience early in the mornings.

The location was in a great place to a lot of restaurants and shops. The king bed was not as firm as what I like.

Mr, Lawrence was so professional, knowledgeable and caring. He helped us with anything that we needed at the time of our stay. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

Room was very humid and felt very wet. Room made no sense in its layout. That hotel needs a total renovation. Not a place we would ever stay at again.

As small as that pool is you would think it would be cleaner. I stayed two nights and didn’t see it being cleaned at all. There were never any pool towels at the pool. The door to my room did not lock the lock doesn’t even fit the square. The AC didn’t work as good. That gift store/shop was never open.

Location was excellent. Staff were great. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. The rooms need to be updated. It looked clean for the most part, but it did not feel clean. There were stains on my sheets and scratches/gouges on any and all furniture/walls. The bathroom needs to be updated. Why they would put an inward swinging door in a bathroom that size when you have to squeeze next to the since and toilet to open or close it is beyond me, but I’m no contractor.
