Edgewater Inn

Gentleman in office was super friendly. Good location directly across from public beach access. Room had everything needed. Everything in the room was clean - bed, shower, toilet, sink, mini fridge but somehow the floor was missed & was dirty. A quick sweep or vacuum would have been great. Otherwise, very clean.

Location was perfect, room was clean, and the pool was clean and just the perfect setting in the evenings. Location also felt safe and I loved how close it was to the beach. Rooms were quiet and beds were very comfy. No complaints.

It was a cute place with sweet staff, and the beach was right across the street. It was such a fun little overnight trip for my daughter and me. There was even a larger refrigerator than expected, with a little kitchenette. So cute! Really, there wasn't much. We couldn't find a thermostat. But that didn't really matter, because it was a great temperature for us. It did smell of mothballs and cleaners, but that wasn't a big deal for us either. Really, I can't think of much we actually didn't like. We had fun, and it was a great little place.

This hotel was kept very clean, our room was spotless. There was a small full sized fridge and the kitchenette could be useful for guests staying more than one night. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was right across the street from the beach with plenty to do in the area. Our sons loved the pool. The motel is starting to show a bit of wear. However, the bathroom seemed recently redone and we were comfortable in the room.

Absolutely nothing! Filthy and unsafe. The sheets had not been washed! The floor was filthy. Frayed wires on the floor and water leaked out of the air conditioner. Rust on all metal surfaces. Mold on the wood surfaces. No smoke alarm. Gaps under the front door. Puddles of water sidewalks outside the door as you approach the room. The manager will not listen, he didn’t care how unsafe and dirty, he just made excuses!
