Rooms were clean, staff was kind, and room had cold air (perfect for the hot temperatures).

Good location. Fruit juice machine broken, not enough tables and chairs in breakfast area. We had to come back to be able to sit at a table. No shower gel.

My room was infested with cockroaches and the staff seemed upset with me because of it. They had no suggestions or solutions, they just mentioned something about the cleaning staff cleaning the next morning. I checked out early and Expedia was able to successfully relocate me, but we still haven’t received a response from the hotel’s manager regarding our refund request.

I stayed in room 219. Wifi was like dial up on laptop and tablet.

poor lighting n our room. could not see microwave control panel. improper lighting in bathroom, making it difficult to shave or put on makeup.

The best part is I always get the room that wanted & am glad the front desk guy ( Peter) is the one who's there ..He is just very kind person 10 star I gave him & this place is always my bet . Thanks Super 8 Everything just exceptional

Great location as it relates to BUR airport. Didn't stay for breakfast, had an early flight out. Pillows were awful and A/C unit was unusually loud but otherwise a decent stay.
