The room size was great! The hotel staff were amazing, there were three of us all female came in town for Lainey Wilson concert. New to using Uber! We requested a Uber no problem getting to the show how ever afterwards we. Could not get uber multiple attempts they kept canceling are request after a hour and standing out side of the stadium in the pouring rain and lightning I called the hotel to see if they new anyone that could help us. Dallas remember us told me stay right there he would call right back. He did with in minutes and had Shameia on the line he had called her at home and she did not live far from the stadium SHE CAME OUT AT 11:30pm picked us up and took us back to the hotel!!!! I can not tell you how many workers we spoke to at the stadium only to be told they could not help us How ever two of your amazing STAFF DALLAS AND SHAMEIA CARED ENOUGH ABOUT THERE GUEST TO COME TO THE RESQUE THEY BOTH SHOULD BE COMMENDED FOR THERE CARING AND COMPASSION FOR THREE WOMEN SCARED AND IN A ITY THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT! Thank God there are individuals that care about their guest and it not just a job we will always remember are Guardian Angels! ❤️ Absolutely nothing everything was perfect!

The staff was very welcoming! Kim Manager was extremely nice making sure my stay was nice The king sizes bed were a little uncomfortable ! the TV connection kept going out? Loosing what I was watching on regular Channels!

I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels. To be honest I was treated as if it was a privilege to have towels. The explanation I received was “we are going through a towel crisis”. It was very frustrating. On top of a charge for a food item on my room, that I nor my guest purchased. We weren’t at the hotel at the time of the purchase. This was rectified immediately, which I am grateful for.

Clean ,great location We were not able to get any sleep after the first night. There were a bunch of kids running around yelling and playing through the hallways playing loud music til 3am the lobby was packed with kids and adults no where to sit quietly the pool was full of kids . Kids running around urinating on doors. Staff member had to escort them to their rooms. No rest the last 2 nights of my stay. I had a conversation with the front desk clerk at check out her response was are you part of the football team. Absolutely not and had I known I would have booked elsewhere.
