Clean, close to the Norfolk scope and restaurants.

There’s absolutely no cold water from the shower, refrigerator in the room didn’t work at all, and the bathroom sink was not draining at all. I would like to get at least a partial refund. This was the worst hotel experience ever.

For one I reserved a junior suite and received a king room for 5 adults, went to front desk which she switch me out to a double and was so uncomfortable and not enough room claimung they were booked up for the night. Two the room they switch me into the toilet would not flush and the hotel whad a musty smell and the elevators was not working.

Very clean room!

The shower transfer pull needed to be repaired. Very hard to change from bath to shower. The hot cold dial needed attention. Hard to regulate.

Everything was great

Elevators not working. Stains on the carpets. Kids from the neighborhood climbing the fences to use the pool. Our room was not cleaned. A/C unit in the room very noisy. Would not stay here again.

Our room was clean, however it did have a weird smell throughout the hotel as well as our room our floor in our room was heavily scratched, and there were stains in the carpet in the hallways, but the staff was very wonderful and very nice and I love how they decorated the place. It just had a very weird smell.

Only 1 of 4 elevators work, they dont have signs to tell you that though. The 1 elevator is SUPER sketch and scary. The doors to the rooms have 1-2 inch gaps...insane. the noise travels. No luggage racks, couldn't find the ice, the ramp to get to the lobby from the main parking lot is just...ridiculous. way overpriced for the quality of everything. The only positive was the TV..lots of channels and lots of shows/movies on demand. Will not return.

Only 1 elevator working , should have them all in operation!

When I arrived I waited 10 minutes for an elevator. There were six elevators only one was working. Other guests have said they have been there for more than a week and the elevators have been broken. I am disabled and was forced to stand for 10 minutes in line waiting to board an elevator. Once I got to my room I flushed the toilet without using it because the water was very low. Once I did that the toilet clogged without me even using it. Eventually after about a couple of hours I came back to the bathroom and saw that the toilet was no longer clogged and now there was no water in the toilet. I flushed it again and it worked normally this time. I used the bathroom did not put any tissues in it and flushed it and it clogged. I waited thinking that it would receive but it did not. I was forced to wipe myself and throw the toilet paper in the garbage due to the clock. I eventually called the front desk and they sent someone up but to my embarrassment they had to unclog a toilet that was full of feces. This was not a good experience. Elevators were still broken when it was time for me to go down later on that day. The next day all the elevators were broken. We were all were forced to use the service elevator. The room was not fully clean. The bed was 100% not very well made. I was afraid to sit down so I went to Target and got some Lysol. I'm not picky or a germaphobe but this particular room and hotel needs Improvement. I

The room floor was not very clean although hardwood; dust and debris around the corners. The bathtub had stains in the bottom. A peculiar smell in the hallways.

It was okay. Seen better, seen worse

We stayed one night (10th floor). The guest elevators were not functioning properly most of the time. This forced guest to use the service elevator to travel between rooms and the lobby. As one would expect the service elevator was not in a condition that should routinely be used by guests paying Wyndham-level rates. Our room was adequate, but again, not at the standard I associate with Wyndham. The flooring had deep, visible scratches, and one area showed obvious water damage that should have been repaired before the room was made available to guests. The building is clearly older, which by itself is not necessarily a problem. However, an older property still needs to be properly maintained and renovated to meet expectations associated with the brand and the rates being charged. Overall, I would compare the physical condition of this hotel to an older Super 8 or Motel 6. That is not meant as a criticism of either brand; rather, it highlights the difference between what I experienced and what I reasonably expected when choosing a Wyndham property and paying Wyndham prices. The staff deserves credit for doing their best, but the property itself needs significant maintenance and upgrades to meet the standards the Wyndham name suggests

I loved everything about this place! Great friendly people! Room was clean and in great condition! Love the different array of chair placements staged in different areas. I would say chairs were their niche’ in being different from other hotels. Love it!
