It was not my check out time yet. I didn't checked out yet. I didn't leave my key card to reception. But their staff entered into my room with their master key & didn't even bother to knock the door before entering. I was inside with my family in a a condition not to be shown by strangers. So , it's not safe, you don't have your privacy in this hotel.

You get what you pay for and it´s nothing but a clean-enough room in the same building of an Indian restaurant (nothing really else at walking distance, especially on Sundays), in front of two supermarkets, few minutes far from the highway. Recommended for a simple A more accurate cleaning would help but overall it´s ok for the type of property. To consider the self check in since since the reception is unattended during the day (but there is presence during breakfast / checkout time).

First night in one room was everything ok. Second night in a different room, I woke up full of insect bite pimples. All my back and neck full of it.

Large rooms, very reasonably priced and the Indian restaurant down stairs, was really handy. Carpets could have been cleaner, no kettle or cups/glasses

Location was good right next to Edeka... Hotel is basic. If u just need sleep overnight then it is a good option. Carpets were very old There was a bit of a smell.... Nothing that caused an issue

Close to Hamburg. Easily accesible The bathroom was not clean and smell bad. Small insects were going out of the shower. Nobody in the family dared to take a shower there. When We told the personal, they did not seem to care. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had to wait an hour to get into the hotel because we didn't get the code for the box and the card.
