Amazing and cozy atmosphere, very comfortable, spacious, stunning views from the hotel room with room height windows, and on top a skybar looking at on of the 2 runways. The room was overall super nice and I very much liked the modern furniture and the, which was for me important, good desk to work on, with high quality wifi in the room. The breakfast was stunning, lots of good fresh food and a high variety so that people with various diets also are taking care of! If you want you can order a restaurant quality coffee at no extra charge. Very kind staff too - loved to see the woman in charge in the morning, she did a fabulous job! Overall experience summary: a place to definitely recommend and to come back to. Hints: with € 8 for a public transport daily subscription on the HVV app on the phone you can see all that Hamburg has to offer, even in the harbour with the ferries - excellent Vietnamese restaurant on walking distance. Maybe there good be a little bit more fresh air in the room's ventilation, but that is just a minor wish. Definitely not a dealbreaker.

The hotel is located close to the airport with a provided shuttle bus (5 euros/person, children for free). The breakfast buffet was one of the best I had ever seen in a hotel - almost sad that we did not have more time to enjoy it since we had to catch our flight... Rooms are spacious with a great view. Gym was open 24/7 with modern equipment. Check- in fast and very friendly staff. Really absolutely nothing to complain about - we would love to come back! Nothing - just a faboulous hotel!!!

Breakfast was VERY good. We loved the sky bar with the Thursday night happy hour and DJ. And the room was spacious and slick modern minimalist design (wardrobe doors were great, if a bit close to the bed!) And during the heatwave, the AC was performing really well and was such a relief!! I would have liked a light in the entrance way where the bag and coat nook is.

Very convenient for a stay before or after a flight. The room was spacious, airy and comfortable for a family stay with 2 kids. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very nice. Checkout time of 12pm is nice for a lazy morning before a flight! The shuttle service to the terminals for a small extra fee was very convenient. There was no kettle in the little kitchenette area in the room, only a coffee maker.

Its location to the airport. Was a 5-6 minute shuttle ride. Restaurant and bar was great. Public transportation was nearby. Nothing in the area to see or do. Restaurant, bar, and cafe are closed on Sunday so you have to drive or take Uber or public transportation if you want to have a meal.
