Rooi Santo Residence

The property was very nice and convenient to a lot of the places we went to. Taxis were very reasonable. The beds aren’t that comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, great location, bathroom is spacious and well designed (hot water works!) Not a lot of overhead lighting in the kitchen/living room, air conditioning in second bedroom doesn't work well (the reason there's only a sheet on the bed and not a blanket like the master bedroom)

Beautifully decorated unit , in a very quiet street and close to the beach Water didn’t drain from shower floor during a shower . Seems to be a sewer back up , it was uncomfortable. In the morning was lots of water on the living room floor by the wall behind the shower .i spoke w Juliana early in the morning but help didn’t come in until later afternoon . Appears that was a filtration from the shower floor through the living room wall . No hot water in the shower.The frying pan needs a lid. Will be nice to add a colander and a bowl to wash veggies. The front hallway attracts lots of insects at night , I suggest a blue light device installation to attract them so they do not get in to the unit . Also I could NOT find the WiFi information , i sent a message asking for that information and was never responded. I suggest you have wifi information posted over fridge in a picture frame .

I love the apartment. Updated. Spacious. Clean. AC & Tv worked perfectly. Shower had hot water and great pressure. At first I thought it was far from everything but in fact, it was not. 15-20 min easy walk to the beach Or find an electric scooter on your way. Pool was smaller than expected but great for 1-2 people.

No oven the shower water could be hotter.

Everything, it exceeds my expectations. Will be my new spot. Everything was fabulous.

Excellent facility, AC works, nice tidy room, close to supermarket. Wonderful hosts. Will comeback!

It wasn’t peaceful. Kids screaming and running around. Part of the building was under construction lots of noice. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. It wasnt so clean and a had a cockroach in the corner

No hot water

The location was easy to find and easy to access. There were these little birds out front that were quite social. Not far from beach. Instructions were not clear about receiving keys and apartment number so that was quite frustrating but we got in. Was never able to actually communicate with property; had to have Booking.com reach out for response. The pool access was a little confusing not sure if it's shared or private. Never figured out warm water for showers.

nice layout, with two levels. location is good for access to locations in Noord. 3 large cockroaches inside. lack of toilet paper. no towel turnover and only two bath towels for two people in 8 days is not normal. water from the A/C units pool into the tile in front of our front door. downstairs A/C unit not functional so it was sweltering inside. uncomfortable bed. shower water not even warm. next door guests in apartment 4 were loud well into the 02:00 hour, and up again at 06:00 hours throughout our stay. construction across the way begins at 06:30. car alarms all through the night. honestly, the worst stay we’ve had through booking.com. this proprietor should be delisted from the site. it was not a peaceful or restful place for us. for a vacation rental, look elsewhere.
