It was close to the train station and one of the main piazza’s. It also had a nice pool. Unfortunately the pool seems to be closed often due to events happening at the property such as weddings and parties. It’s a great place to stay if you have a car, as they have parking.

Typical breakfast for hotel, nothing out of the ordinary. Coffee was very good. Very clean room and large size unit with Mini refrigerator. Bathroom was large and had plenty of room. Hotel overall is nice with ample onsite (free) parking behind the hotel. Secured lot, safe enough to leave the large luggage in the car. There was a very good pizza place and restaurant within a block The mattresses were not comfortable, need to be replaced sooner than later. The large bathtub did not have grab bars and felt very slippery the surface. You had to be very careful taking a shower.

Staff, I booked this property over 6 months ago. I booked it because of the pool. The temperature was 97 when our party of 10 arrived! People couldn’t wait to enjoy the pool. It was beyond disappointing!

First of all the guy at the reception was extremely nice, helpful, friendly and speaks perfect English. The hotel is nice, clean, everything went well, except the breakfast that was quite awful.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly Especially Vincenzo Which helped alot with recommendations And ferry booking. He did his best with smiles and patience and helped us with good vibes

Clean & comfortable rooms (twin & family room) The pool & poolside is in need of a clean, paint job. Water itself was clean so that was great. However, too warm (especially with 40 degrees outside, it would have been nice to have lower temperature). Tiles above water were black/stained, there was scaffolding on one side of pool, it's right next to the motorway, and the radio was on very loud.

I didn't have breakfast there, it was over at 9.30a.m. breakfast for me is at 9.30 - 10a.m Location wasn't great, although a car is definitely essential, staff were very helpful & it could do with other facilities My bed was very uncomfortable & noisy, & also my landing was very noisy, there also wasn't very much to do there, could of done with more facilities, also I was very un happy, as I was unaware of scaffolding all around the hotel!
