Binh An Nhien Hotel

I messaged ahead to make sure we could check in late, which the hotel replied and said that was no problem. When we got there there was absolutely no one in the hotel. It was 1 am and no one there to check us in.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, definately the best thing about the hotel other than price. Hotel staff were ok.

The rooms is huge The swimming pool is not in the facility is like a outside club and the staff do not speak any English but they tried their best to understand you

Very good value for money I wouldn’t recommend to stay in the centre of Ninh Binh - go to Tam coc I didn’t realise this before we booked Had to pay to use the gym

Location Swimming pool is actually a public pool The towels were very rough and not pleasant to use Breakfast was well below standard and the restaurant felt dirty, breakfast staff were inattentive

I liked a lot the room and the bed was so comfortable ! As well I would like to highlight here the people that are working there especially VAN at the lobby for his help and kindness when we forgot our bag in the taxi. Because of him we could have our bag returned in the morning and his professionalism is really on a high level here ! We are French Customers and happy customers ! Nothing

Right from the time we entered the hotel, the staff made us feel most welcome. Every staff member that we came in contact with during our stay were delightful. I feel the hotel has a great team, which is a reflection of a great manager who has built a great team of workers around him. Whoever the owners of the business are, do have an exceptional man running their hotel? Get a few more staff in house keeping

It is a professional hotel/convention centre. Our room was spacious, high standard of furnishings. The bed so soft that we floated on it. It was everything that we could have wished for. Breakfast was a Vietnamese menu, pho, rice etc. Staff were very friendly, courteous and professional, when we needed a taxi they drove us to our destination with their own staff members. There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

The room was nice (more than on the photos) and pretty spacious. Breakfast.

1- the staff is friendly but don’t really talk English. So make sur to have a translation app if you want to ask something. 2- the room was big with a great view in the 9th floor away from the noise. 3- the hotel is new. 1- I don’t know here was the buffet, the 6th floor was always empty… each morning they said we will bring the breakfast to your room. Some people may be happy about that BUT I wasn’t, I asked coffee, i had lemon juice… I paid (include with the room price) ~8$ for the breakfast I had 2 small eggs, 1/4 pineapple, small lemon juice, some bread, 2 small portions of cheese. I think it’s expensive for just that! 2- I’ve stayed 3 nights and I asked them to clean my room, they didn’t clean, they just threw away the garbage and fold all the bed sheet. I had to make my bed… 3- the swimming pool is outside the hotel, everybody can go there…

The room was nice and comfortable. Wifi and air conditioning was good. Quiet area, Short taxi away from tam coc where it is busier. On our last day after check out we had to pay for the hotel pool and the staff wouldn’t let us borrow or even rent out towels to use.
