Loved the location and the balcony was wonderful to sit on and enjoy the exceptional view and people watch. Staff nice and Cafe next door excellent The one and only problem was the hot water took a long time to come thru into the shower so had a lot of Luke warm showers

Good location, solid hotel A guy broke into our room and the hotel staff let him escape through the front door. I had to run after him myself and call the police to make sure he didn’t get away.

Excellent location to access the tram, train, beach, restaurants and shopping areas. The staff were exceptional - so helpful and friendly. They made my stay really comfortable. And, there is an excellent little breakfast/lunch restaurant next to the hotel with a great staff, great food and great prices. I love this hotel and will book again. Nothing

The hotel is in excellent location, very close to the tram station and the main attractions of the city. Spacious and well-maintained rooms. The hotel provides a kettle in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is reasonably priced. Sound insulation between the rooms could be a little better.

Good location. Staff were very helpful and gave us the twin bedded room we requested. I was travelling with my grand daughter. This had been an issue on our previous visit although we had requested a twin bedded room. Not a double bed It was resolved by paying a supplement. Should be made clearer when you book that you will get what you have requested at the price agreed. Clean. Great location not far from the sea. Comfortable beds.
