Location was excellent, the staff was super friendly and helpful Housecleaning didn't take garbage out one day, the can was full. Also, we spilled a little coffee on the duvet cover of our bed, it was never changed. We had 2 more nights at the hotel, we thought housekeeping would have changed for us.

Cleaning services could not be postponed. Water had to be collected from the reception

It really gives you to “wow” effect once you step in the living room, it’s wonderful, it’s a place you will remember forever. Towards the pool and tennis court you walk through a beautiful path of flowers and grass. Not only that, I want to thank the kind woman who checked me in, who assisted me to get one parking place more to be more comfortable for my guests.

Very nice suite , great setting Limited continental breakfast options

Could have had a few more amenities.

The room was very large, high ceilings and luminous. We had two large French windows overlooking the small pedestrian streets of Nice. We could even see the waterfall at the top of the Colline du Chateau. We didn't know that breakfast was only offered in our rooms. Since we were staying with friends (who had another room on the same floor) we couldn't have breakfast together. So the only downside was we went out for breakfast each morning instead of at the Hotel. But this wasn't a huge inconvenience since there were cafe's that served breakfast right next to our hotel.

Everything was good. Rooms were as described. Front desk staffs were friendly and helpful. I love the big windows but I had the view of a building under renovation. They didn't create noise though.

Noise. On weekend seems louder due to people partying until early in the morning.
-
Location, cleanliness and attentive staff. It was sometimes a bit loud on the street outside our window, people are out late at night in Europe which is normal for the town and convenient location. It didn’t bother us too much. We slept well!

Great staff and nice location on the square. The room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was huge and really comfortable. Great to have a washing machine and to be given detergent pods upon request. All in all, we loved our 5 nights here. The shower door needs to be fixed as the seal on the door is broken, and water leaks out. Frying pan and knife should also be replaced (or sharpened in the case of the knife—and at least a bread knife could be added). Small things, but for the price and luxury, I think these would be easy fixes.

Really nice and spacious room. Minimal design but beautifully decorated. Well equipped with a kitchen, fridge, and washer and dryer combo. Fantastic location in the old town. Close to the tram and easily to get to the train station. The staff was patient to explain how to get to different places and made wonderful recommendations on places to visit and dinner options. They were wonderful to talk to. This is a place worth staying every time! Nothing I don’t like. Just need a little TLC with caulk around the shower walls.

We had a wonderful stay at Palais Saleya Boutique Hôtel! The room was very comfortable, spacious, and spotless—an ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring Nice and the surrounding areas. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the tram, which makes it easy to reach the train station for day trips to Monte Carlo, Menton, Cannes and Antibes. The hotel is within walking distance to a wide range of restaurants for the evenings. The washer/dryer was a great bonus for doing laundry during our stay. The minibar, stocked with soft drinks, champagne, and wine, was a lovely touch and much appreciated after a day of sightseeing. The air conditioning worked well overall, though it was a little weak when cooling the mezzanine area. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating throughout our stay. The only minor downside was that the people congregating in the Palais de Justice square at night could get a bit rowdy, but it didn’t significantly impact our experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nice!

The location was great during the day time. You can walk to many sights, restaurants and beaches. The room was spacious and the kitchenette was well planned. Our room could use some towel bars or hooks to hang bath towels. At night when the bars close it can be noisy with people going home.

The room layout and modern decor were welcomed Despite good internal decor, windows were not double glazed and the hotel is on a busy laneway, so sleep was difficult up until about 4am
