The Hotel needs complete renovation

Everything at the hotel was excellent—the staff, the cleanliness, and the perfect location: just 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the promenade with restaurants and shops. There is a bakery right below the hotel. You can also borrow beach gear—such as a parasol, a mat, or a small chair—from the hotel free of charge. There wasn't a huge variety of items for breakfast, but everything there was very tasty and of high quality. I have just one constructive comment. Breakfast was served from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. After 10 a.m., some food items were no longer available; that is something that could be improved.

The staff were very helpful and changed us to a bigger room when my husband decided to join us on holiday. Nothing, it was in a great location, only 1 street back from the beach.

Location was only a 5 minute walk to the promenade! Grocery stores nearby for purchase of snacks, fruit, water, etc. Room was a bit tight for three guests. The pullout bed took up all remaining space in the room. We were able to hear some traffic noise in the early morning but generally it was a quiet area.

The rooms were clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and let us check in early and check out late. Best staff I have experienced in long time, could not recommend more! Nothing

Wonderful location, close to the water/Promenade, dozens and dozens of shops, bakeries, restaurants. Warm welcome and always available staff. Any person I asked went out of his/her way to be helpful and pleasant! My room was clean and comfortable. The common spaces, including some outdoor space, are nice places to relax or gather. The honor bar in the lobby seating area is a nice, welcoming touch. Bathroom was quite small without counterspace. But there's a small rolling shelf unit in the bath so things can be easily stored.

Very good location, close to the sea and lots of places to eat. Not very accessible by car for unloading luggage.

Location. Staff was pleasant and accommodating The Small Family Room was far too small for a family of five, with virtually no space for luggage or to move around comfortably. The bunk bed room had no ventilation and remained hot and stuffy despite the air conditioning running at full power, while the AC vents blew directly onto the main bed. The toilet barely worked, requiring multiple flushes each time, and there were ants in the bathroom and the smaller bedroom. The overall standard of maintenance and cleanliness was disappointing, and considering the room cost almost €1,000 for two nights, it offered very poor value for money. I also developed several very itchy bites after the stay, which I will be reporting to the hotel so they can investigate.
