Great B&B in the heart of Newquay. Amy & John are wonderful hosts who made us feel so welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and we had a beautiful sea view. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the perfect start to the day. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room was clean with a beautiful view and easy access to town/beach. The owner was very friendly and attentive. No air conditioning in room. But a fan was provided which was helpful with open windows.

Very nice owners always make you feel welcome. Very nice and tidy room with comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast John Very knowledgeable on places to visit and advises on best option on travel.

Excellent poached eggs

We received a warm welcome from the hosts. They helped with our bags, and every morning, they greeted us with big smiles. We felt really welcome! The other residents were also friendly, and we often had a chat during breakfast. It was like a safe space! LOCATION was perfect we could just walk down to the beach, town centre at any time, no extra cost. Parking was reserved for us, and that was a bonus. We booked a cab to at night and only paid £5. So, the location was just everything! Breakfast was so good we had variety, cooked to perfection although quite early (not a morning person). Our room was beautiful, with a sea view, small bathroom (told during booking) but cleaned every day. Spotless! I felt restricted with the hotel rules and regulations, especially around quiet times, we felt like we were walking on eggshells, not wanting to annoy the hosts. We are not used to this! No Netflix to chill when it rains outside and no soundproofing we could hear everything...

Everything. The room was perfect for us. We stayed bed and breakfast. It was lovely, fresh and hot. The owners were amazing hosts. Would definitely recommend staying here if staying in Newquay. Thank you John and Amy for a lovely stay . Tracey and Dave x Can't fault this place, so nothing!

Everything. Really clean rooms, hosts couldn’t do enough to help, amazing breakfast in the morning and in a great location close to town. Nothing, everything was perfect.

Breakfast excellent. Individual requests catered for with ease Lots of llittle touches made it feel like home without the chores A grab rail for the shower as we are elderly.

We had great communication and were made to feel immediately welcome. The accommodation was spotless and our room was modern and the bed so comfy. We had a great choice for breakfast and the food was delicious. As an added bonus park immediately out the front. The accommodation was in a great location and a 5 minute walk to shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family ?

Nice welcome on arrival. Excellent breakfast. Nothing too much trouble. Comfy big bed and little touches in the room that made up for the small shower room. A short 5 minute walk to the town centre. Would highly recommend.
