You gave me the best rate for the rooms. Didn't try to upsell or take advantage. The facility was gorgeous. The warm cookies are so nice and the breakfast is a great touch. So friendly and kind. Offering late check out for additional $50 is a bit extreme. However, they didn't charge us which was appreciated. I'm assuming it was mainly for when you are full and have to turn the rooms over quickly. Loved everything else. And appreciated the comp of the late check out since it was not full and we had two rooms with kiddos.

I loved the location. Parking was easy. My room was on the first floor so it was the most convenient stay I’ve ever experienced. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was beautiful and well maintained. I loved the proximity to the beach and the hot tub and fire pits. The view was spectacular. I loved the French press coffee and the automatic fireplace in our room. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast. I’m allergic to dairy so I couldn’t eat half of it. Also, the beach is very close, but everyone should know it’s a long hike down (and back up) the stairs to actually access the beach.

Loved this hotel. It was exceeded my expectations. Even better in person. So charming, high-end and comfortable! Parking wasn’t the best. It filled up quick.

Great location, good size suite. Loved the spa and fabulous walk to the beach. Good complimentary breakfast. Not the most modern decor but still good. Could have done with a safe in the room and offered water.

The private access beach, the infinity spa, the comfortable beds and robes all made this a special part of our trip The cost was almost more than we could justify.

The area Access to decks was covered in seagull droppings, poor chairs on deck, view obstructed by building, room windows, walls not clean, bed needs replacing, cleaning staff only replaced towels.

Fire alarm malfunctioned for nearly an hour beginning at 3:30am waking my entire family. Hotel management made nice effort to make up for the inconvenience.
