Disappointing

The room we had was not the best. Our room had a smell as soon as we walked in and the bathroom smelled like a porta potty. The mattress was overly stained ( saw when we did our bed bug check which thankfully they don’t have). The walls were stained with who knows what as well. The room was a good size and the lady at the desk was really nice but I don’t think I would stay here again.

I continue to book here because they are better than most motels. I do not have an issue with the staff, they are super friendly and understanding. They give courtesy calls if they are running out of rooms but you reserved one, the rooms are clean for the most part. I have not seen any bug issues with the rooms I’ve had over the course of the years. Other renters tend to mind their business. I give the place 7/10. I think if they improve the quality of the pillows, bath cloths/towels & bedding, their ratings would go up.. Sometimes the rooms give that dingy look, Idk if you guys know what I mean. It doesn’t look all the way beat down but It will definitely trigger you if you have ocd and/or just a clean freak hahaha. The flat pillows don’t help & most times there’s burn marks in the covers … they gotta get those potholes filled!!!

We liked how it was a convenient distance to the stores and the amusement parks. We also liked how they offered the ability to order food to the motel. It also was surprisingly pretty clean for a motel room. It did not smell weird in the room at all and no mold in the bathroom. We were in a non-smoking room and I noticed a few smoke burns on the blankets, but they were not bad to the point that we could not sleep with those blankets. Also, the TV channels were not pretty. The remote would not let us put in three digits for a channel so we were stuck watching two digit or one digit channels, even though there is an option for three digit channels on their channel list. Also, the channels kept bugging out. Really bad satellite service.

Exceptional

It was clean and the room had a lot of space. Which was nice for my kids! The beds were very stiff and the pillows were very flat. I was a good amount of pain and had a hard time sleeping.

Only really there to sleep so mattresses were great

The room needed to be cleaned, the bathroom needed to be repaired, unsavory folks roaming the property. The beds needed to be repaired too. All in all, it was one of the two worst hotels I've ever slept in.

Great location, decent room for the price. Comfortable and clean. The walls could use some work. Maybe some new paint to make it look a little better.

Easy to get to, people were very nice. Very run down with a few updates, the room we stayed in smelled like smoke, I did let the person know and they offered air fresheners. The other room we rented the bathroom door was in very bad shape looks as if someone left a dog and they tour it apart.

We had a slip up on arrival. I booked a room for a certain amount of people but the hotel was showing a different number. I don't believe it was their fault, but the booking apps instead. It was resolved and had no issues after that.

Pleasant

The inside of the room was nice. The outside is in a poor location. We had to switch rooms because the tv wouldn't work. As we were changing rooms, some strange guy walked into the room asking my partner for money and drugs which almost caused a confrontation.
