You have to ask for everything e.g. plates, toilet paper, utensils, cleaning service is only every two weeks

I am very happy with this hotel and I always return to when in the area.

I don’t recommend to anyone :(

I came in and all the cables were not plugged in. I asked for assistance and no one ever came. So we had to figure out the phone and cable for the TV. There was food on the tables tops. I thought it was expensive for one night. The "free" breakfast was a few muffins and coffee. I will not be staying here again. If I could I would like my money back but I am sure that will not happen.

Didn’t like that the room was half cleaned, one of the beds weren’t made, the bathroom had a pile of used towels and smelled bad.

All was fine, nothing fancy.

Reservation got canceled and had to go back home. Hope i get my refund or there will be problems.

The cost of the room is equelvant to the Hilton or other properites, you are better off paying for parking there, amd having a proper and clean room and other anemities.

Room was clean but the hallway had a funny smell to it. Elevator was dirty but other than that everything else was good

We liked the comfortable bed. The oatmeal in the morning Some fresh fruit in the morning breakfast would be nice.

the breakfast is "grab & go". they ran out of almost everything before 9am and didn't want to give us anything. they have no toiletries in the room. you have to ask for literally anything and everything at the front desk where the staff is nowhere to be found and act like you are bothering them. will not stay here again, do not recommend.

The Room was terrible. Not even a hairdryer. I was concerned about sleeping in the bed. The floor smelled like fish and there was either a macaw or parrot squatting in the room across the hall. This is a flophouse.

Nothing Everything. Rude employees, rooms were absolutely disgusting. So damn dirty. Felt so unsafe

The fan bathroom was very noisy and the lock didn't work. Was very practical to have a kitchenette and a laundry. I have dog/cat allergies but I didn't have any reaction into my room so very happy about it. I would recommend this hotel. Good quality price.

Entering the lobby felt like walking into the DMV. Our room was dirty and we paid for 2 queen beds but had to squeeze onto 2 full beds.

The AC placement was poor, it was on the floor blowing upwards, therefore the AC is blowing directly at you! Floor was extremely dirty. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pillow cases had not been washed, dirty and smelled.

Very outdated

Rooms really need to be updated rooms need to be uodated
