Clean brand new hotel

The room was spacious and clean. Perfect location.

Showed up 30 minutes past 3pm check in time and was told "No clean rooms and I don't have an ETA". Off to a great start. I come back 90 minutes later and still "NO ETA". The guy at the desk then says he will issue refund and we parted ways. He never did so I file a dispute with credit card company and not only did they not issue refund they fought the dispute......and won. Drove 6 hours for this by the way. Horrible business practices and literally lie to customer faces. 250 dollars out of my pocket and I'm sure they refilled the room after and got double bang for their buck.

Really nice property, for price I would expect breakfast outside of the grab and go and more comfortable beds. Very stiff whole party woke up with not great sleep due to inability to get comfortable. Still if that’s not an issue for you the rest of the facility is new and updated. Good location

We loved how spacious and clean the rooms were!

The bed was ridiculously high off the ground. The people above us thumped around with heavy feet. The bathroom was very good—nice shower and a comfort height toilet.

Everhome was perfect for our vacation! It was very clean very accessible and the staff were all super friendly!

We were very happy with our stay. Liked the amenities and the room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that our shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. We asked for it to be replaced and they immediately complied. I would still return to the hotel. It was especially nice to stay there with our dogs.

Very clean was great for one night, we were going to a wedding in Portsmouth.

The hotel was really clean & it smelled sooo good. The room was clean and pretty big. We loved the grill downstairs and the grilling tools they provided. Would definitely book there again. The staff was so nice I couldn’t recommend it enough.

We felt that our room was not cleaned properly. The floor was gritty and it appeared that the linens were not changed from the previous guest. That was gross. We will not return

I'm impressed for the entire interior of the hotel. They are pretty new and clean. It's safe area and easily parking. I'm very happy to stay here. Recommend it!

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was exceptionally clean. I did notice a few stains on the white towels and bed sheets, which appeared to be makeup residue rather than an issue with cleanliness. One small inconvenience was that, although the room had a sink, no dish soap or sponge was provided (front desk did provide once asked). Additionally, the shampoo was only available in small bottles. The only significant issue during our stay was check-in. We had to wait a little over an hour for our room because the housekeeping department was operating with only two staff members due to call-outs. Despite the delay, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally. They were genuinely apologetic, kept us informed, and even provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. I also want to recognize the housekeeping staff who were working that day. Despite being short-staffed, they did an outstanding job preparing the room. It was spotless and looked immaculate when we finally checked in. Their hard work and dedication were evident, and they deserve recognition for maintaining such high standards under challenging circumstances.

After a nine hour drive we reach the hotel. Walked in and was told by desk attendant that he noticed me on a cane and wanted me to know there were no first floor rooms available and the elevator was broken. I know things happen but it would have been nice to be contacted so I could have attempted to find a room elsewhere. Unfortunately neither myself or travel companion can currently do stairs let alone carry luggage. No help in finding another hotel

Excellent location. Ample parking. Room was clean. Hallway spaces could have been kept up better, but the value is fantastic for the space and amenities.
