The rooms are well done and clean. But the front desk

This is SO close to Times Square. You get a $20 credit to use at the bar or the restaurant. Hotel just opened in February so it is brand new. Room was tiny by well-planned.
-
Great hotel in a great location.
-
So small rooms and sinks are outside of the bathroom
-
Beautiful rooftop resto bar, staff extremely helpful which made check in and check out pleasant.
-
Overall, our experience with the children was positive, though the room size was rather compact, making it more suitable for couples.
-
A cool idea would be where you could lift the bed and store luggage to save space in the cute tiny rooms. Overall fun and good location to most stuff.
-
The staff is friendly and extremely helpful at all times.

Late checkout is unlikely due to volume of guests. But they offer to hold bags in a lobby room if you have a late flight out of the city after checkout. In the heart of the action of Times Square, near a lot of subway stations and sights, this is a great choice for first time NYC visitors like us.

Great location though.

I probably wouldn't stay here again. For how much money it costs to stay in NYC (thanks to the zillion fees and taxes), I think I could have spent the same amount of money for a better quality hotel.

The bar was nice

Elevators can get busy and some ppl were confused as to how elevators worked Convenient and well done

Excellent hotel and a great location! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, and things to do within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. It was also only about a 15-minute walk to New York Penn Station, where we were able to take NJ Transit toward Newark Airport. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again when visiting New York City.

The restaurant and the coffee bar was awesome.., The only problem was the elevator sometimes not too fast enough. I have been into the same kind of hotel next to it Moto a year ago and their elevator was so faster…

1. Good location and everything was convenient from the convenience store to shops and restaurants. 2. My family enjoyed breakfast there😋 3. The staff were very courteous, professional and helpful ⭐️ 4. Thank you to the housekeepers for cleaning the room while we explored the city. With the tight space and high beds, bless you! Cons: 1. The advertisement of the size of the room was deceiving. When I searched for a room to accommodate a family of four (and provided ages of my children), the hotel was listed as family friendly but I was surprised by the cramped and limited storage space. There wasn’t even a small table to plug in my laptop or space to charge my gadgets. 2. The beds are too high for a 5’5” me to get up and off. 3. Nice shower but it took awhile to figure out which is which between the high and regular shower. The sink could use some improvements. The faucet is too low for an average height person and it is not movable; it’s in the way when we tried to brush our teeth or wash our face. 4. Check the tiny fridge under the bed. It didn’t work for us at all and we were too tired to get it checked. 5. I question the rates quotes to me by Expedia and the final bill from the hotel. They did not match at all. And the must-charge amenity fee was a bit much. Would I stay at the hotel again? Maybe if I travelled with a companion but not with the family of growing teenagers. It was an interesting experience. - MJ

Excellent

Room was spacious, modern and clean.
-
One inconvenience was the parking. It was supposed to be $55 per day and we ended up paying $150 per 2 days, and this is self parking not valet.
