So came to the umbrella hotel because it was a last minute girls weekend for me and my best friend and we both stayed the only complaints we have was that the outlets were terrible it couldn’t hold my plug for my phone charger so we had to literally played musical outlet with our phone chargers and the WiFi really sucked like don’t get me wrong the tv worked and everything but the while we were listening to music on the tv through YouTube the videos kept stopping and buffering but all in all it was a good stay and lastly parking my best friend drives so of course we looked for a hotel that offers parking but when I checked it stated free parking but you ask about they tell it’s $20 per night which isn’t bad cause we only needed it for one night but if we were staying longer it we wouldn’t pay the $20. Would I come back yeah if I needed something last night but if I had planned better I would’ve been staying somewhere else

This hotel was not worth the price they charged. First there was no TV remote in the room no phone to call the front desk so you have to go down to get one, then asked for wash clothes and got a towel that was cut up in pieces, then no microwave we had left overs couldn’t heat it up. The room was just ok not as clean as a hotel should be way overpriced. The fire alarms kept going off so we got really no sleep and reception says she can help it. Maybe calling the fire department would help because I didn’t feel safe not knowing if a real fire was happening.

Condoms in the vending machine, mirrors on the bedroom wall, mood lighting on the head boards, massive TV and the smell of weed permeating throughout the entire space should give you a clue as to the type of establishment this is. The best part is no one steals the TV remote as you must check one out at the front desk with an ID. I wouldn't recommend this spot for wholesome family fun but it'll be a great spot for your horn-pub watch party,

Para la próxima los baños más limpios, la ducha que funcione, limpien bien el sanitario, que el sanitario baje porque no quería bajar, lo airea más fríos
-
The neighborhood and there was this alarm sound a 2 am 2 or 3 times that was scary and annoying
-
It would be helpful if the lobby area was more welcoming.

Hello my stay was very unpleasant. When we first checked in the elevator was down . We were placed on the fifth floor . Our room smelled of strong bleach and dirty mop . Our sheets had yellow stains . We tried to make the best of if until our tub wouldn’t unclog and our toilet wouldn’t flush. We called downstairs in which we had to call from our cell phone because the phone in the room didn’t give us an option to call the front desk . Once we talked to the front desk asking to explain how to change the tub water to shower water , the front desk employees came upstairs instead of calling maintenance or housekeeping . She then told us that they would change our room . We waited and waited and no one changed our room and we had to leave at a certain time . Though it was weird because now who’s watching the front door ?? The tub had hair in it unclean . Being late for an event due to all the delays from the elevator to the room . We still tried to make the best of it . Until we needed towels . They sent a random guy up to bring them to us . Which was the same guy that came up to fix the toilet. He has a very bad attitude and said he can only do what he knows how to do and left . Toilet still clogged . WiFi didn’t work at all , the tv wouldn’t stay on the channel . It kept losing WiFi . There was no bolt lock (it was broke) and at about 2-3 am there was loud arguing and noise as if it were a fight in the hallway . We were so very unhappy with our stay and would ask for a refund .

Awful customer service, room was filthy and very smelly. Ac was blowing nasty smelling air. Tiles broken, ac kept turning off, room in general was not that clean. Internet service wasn’t working and we could NOT watch any tv streaming services. Elevator broken down had to walk up and down 5 flights. Bathroom door was broken, couldn’t lock door and couldn’t open got stuck in the bathroom. Requested help from front desk regarding the TV/Internet not working said they would help and never came upstairs to try. Staff in front were rude and very dismissive of our concerns. We asked if we were able to get another room due to all the concerns and refused. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

We have stayed at thousands of hotels in our past and have never had an issue with a shower. We were unable to take a shower because the shower function did not work, only the bath function worked. Upon checking out, we mentioned that to the staff at the front desk and she said you had to maneuver a specific valve which is very uncommon in any hotel. I wish that would have been explained to us when we checked in. Never got to shower. Luckily it was only one night.

The bed was comfortable. The AC was really good. And the room was clean. But the bathroom shower wasn't working well.

Even though it says its recently renovated it is to a poor standard. In our room the laminate flooring was broken withh large cracks and uneven surfaces. In the bathroom the tiles had cracks and toilet roll holder was broken. The room also doesnt have anywhere to hang clothes and wifi is very slow in the evenings. The staff were friendly and helped with any request. The beds were comfortable and linen and towels clean. There was 24hr security for peace of mind.
