Hello, I had a lovely stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott at this location. Christina was so helpful from start to finish! The hotel is very neat and clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Top-notch service all around. A huge thank you to Christina for giving us a warm welcome every time and always checking in on us. We stayed for 5 days—two families across two rooms. As we visited all the way from Toronto, Canada, we will definitely book this exact hotel the next time we visit New York! P.S. Staff members were so kind and friendly. The water, tea and coffee stations available 24hours. It is veryt convenient have a breakfast included. Near of a metro stop.

We loved the breakfast options. I’m gluten free and was always able to find something to eat every morning. We loved having a fridge to keep our leftovers and takeout fresh. The location was a tad scary, especially at night. People were shouting at us on the streets while we were walking back but other than that it was nice.

Bed sheets had hair on them and the bed frame was unstable, Air conditioner wasn’t properly functioning and made a lot of noise

Friendly and helpful team! Always smiling and pleasant. Hotel and all facilities are clean. Rooms are well appointed. Lovely scent to body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Kitchen has everything you need and if you think of something else, just call the front desk. Will continue to visit this location. Close to subway. Love the proximity to Astoria...a favorite neighborhood of ours.

Exceptional

Service was good at the reception, very informative and efficient. Breakfast has more options than the standard hotels. People from housekeeping were too noisy, they started speaking loudly to each other in front of the rooms and it was difficult to sleep with that noise, in addition, someone also from housekeeping was listening to something on the phone and it was quite loud. The mattress was too soft. Cleaning was performed but one of the garbage was not discarded and it was almost full and smelly. The location was bad for walking comfortably in the area.

I liked this hotel. It was convenient for my destination. Quite peaceful, hassle free and pretty clean.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient for getting around the city. Breakfast was good and the overall stay was pleasant. Parking was a little expensive, but overall we had a good experience and would stay here again.
