Spacious room, nice hotel, great location

Superb experience. Family friendly. Helpful, kind staff. Spacious, well equipped suites. Two delicious restaurants on site. It’s our go to every time we go to New York as a couple or with our children.

Loved loved loved will always stay there when next im in New York

We've been to NYC a few times and in general have stayed at many hotels across the US. This is, by far, the best one! From the helpful hotel staff, the clean room, the incredible balcony (not all rooms have one), the best location and an old NY vibe, we LOVED IT! We stayed on the 5th floor and the elevator, which I'm not a fan of them in general, was very fast and smooth. The doorman/bellhop, Harry, and the others, I apologize for not getting their names, really added a comfort to our travels. Always there to help and just had a calming presence. Also, the hotel had a rooftop bar on the 30th floor! Very cool! I highly suggest this hotel and we hope to go back again.

It was a beautiful hotel a very European style. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the rooftop bar was just exquisite.

Very spacious room and friendly staff

This is my go to spot when I travel to New York City. We have three people. The rooms are large bed is comfortable. The amenities are fine and the location is great. Don’t need to add anything else, but if you’re traveling, and you need a room for three or four people this is a place to go to. The price is reasonable and there’s no reason to look any place else if you want to be in Midtown Manhattan and you’re traveling with more than two people.

Lovely hotel. Clean, elegant and inviting. The staff were friendly and ready to assist with any requests. We will definitely be back.

Great staff. Very helpful. The rooftop bar and restaurant were fabulous. Good happy hour. Easy access to all midtown attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at the Kimberly hotel!. Arrived late night and staff were wonderful! The room was twice as large as I expected, I didn’t notice the square footage in the add but with the pictures had assumed a nice sized room; upon arrival was very impressed; couch, desk 2 queen beds room to run around! Also, did not hear the city or anything else, thick walls! The staff was very considerate and it was obvious they had meetings regarding client experience. Very clean, the TV remote was a little tricky but no worries. The water in the shower was extra hot, air conditioning was great. So my plan is to go back to the Kimberly Hotel the next time we visit New York City!

Our ac was broken went to desk and had maintenance up multiple times, finally 2nd day at 10 pm after going back down to desk asked to switch rooms, they replaced the entire unit. It was 80 degrees and very uncomfortable.

We loved everything about The Kimberly Hotel. From the moment we pulled up, we felt welcomed and valued. They have valet parking, which made such a difference after driving into New York City. The hotel is elegant and has old world charm. The beds are incredibly comfortable. It’s perfectly located if you’re going to the theaters, Rockefeller Center, Midtown, etc. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed a lot of places in New York City, but nothing compares to The Kimberly Hotel. We can’t wait to come back!

The staff was super friendly and helpful – – From The folks in the lobby to the folks in the upstairs restaurant everyone was welcoming and accommodating. I stayed there four nights and felt that I had a home away from home. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. There were a lot of extras in the rooms – good coffee in the rooms are stopped refrigerator instead of snacks and little extras in the bathroom, including things like make up remover pads and earplugs, and the standard, but nice shampoo and lotions. Shower was very nice as well. Rooms were cleaned every day. And very important – – the rooms were quiet! No thin walls! An old school high class hotel!

I really like this hotel. This was my third stay. That being said, this time there was a serious dampness issue in our suite. We had to use A1 to figure out the issue which had to do with the A/C unit’s fan being at the wrong setting. We also had requested ice, 2 extra chairs on balcony and plenty of coffee pods via email before we checked in. None of this happened. Once we called the front desk ice and coffee pods were promptly sent to our room. We never got the extra chairs and called a second time and were told that they were out of chairs. Each morning only 2 regular coffee pods were replaced so I had to leave housekeeping a note to leave more. Each pod only makes a half a mug of coffee even on the largest setting. Frankly for such a nice and expensive hotel, there should be better coffee machines in the suites. I still really like this hotel but this time around it could’ve been a bit better.

Fantastic stay at the Kimberly Hotel. Very nice boutique upscale vibe. I do recommend it! Staff was professional and courteous. My only suggestion is that the air conditioning be upgraded, though it was sufficient on a very hot summer night.
-
Awesome place to be and well maintained. The staff there were very polite professional. Help me through an honest mishap. I appreciate their courtesy.

The location is great and the staff is always amazing, that is why we continue to stay here every visit to the city.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kimberly Hotel. The room was clean and well appointed, the staff were very helpful, and the location met our needs. Will absolutely stay here again when visiting NYC.

The hotel room is large, with comfortable bedding and quality linens. Bathroom is well-appointed and updated. Room and bathroom super clean, but decor is older as see n in the website pictures. GREAT rooftop restaurant for drinks, food, etc. Not gourmet food, but definitely more than fine. Great vibe, good music. Staff was super kind. I would definitely stay here again.
